The location is great. It is at the city center with 5 mins walk to large shopping mall, restaurants, and 10 mins walk to the pier for the island visit. Banks are just next to it for ATM cash withdraw. The taxi charged RM30 from the airport to here. Secondly, the service is excellent. We called the service desk for...

We stayed here for 2 nights recently and found it to be clean and convenient. KK is not a large city so it was within walking distance of most things. Bathroom well serviced. The room was lovely and cool but the hallway seemed to be non air conditioned. Wasn't a problem though. Local paper provided on tables near lift well...

Quite good facilities for a mid range city based hotel. Clean, safe, updated and quiet. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Location is ok, down one end of KK, most areas you might want to go in the KK Central city area are a walkable distance. Well located also for the Gaya St Sunday Market that is well worth a...

Modern business style hotel, friendly staff, nice clean rooms. No breakfast available. Centrally located close to many restaurants, tourist information, banks, jetty. Can organize tours. Good value for money. Book ahead of time, sells out.

Rooms are fine- spacious, cool, clean. Staff well intentioned and pleasant but incompetent. At all times there was about five people standing in reception apparently doing nothing yet everything still took ages. They had no initiative or authority if you wanted to do anything that was even slightly off script

Amazing value for money! Great room, big bed, really comfy. Staff could not be more helpful - each one was delightful. Location is perfect. Close to ferries to the islands, shopping, food, tourist info and Sunday market. Standard room is great. Got upgraded to an executive room on our second stay and it was brilliant. Lounge area, spa bath, microwave...

My boyfriend and I stayed two nights at this hotel and did some tours in the KK area. We got a big room with spacious bathroom. Wifi was free of charge but the speed was slow. There is no restaurant in the hotel so also no breakfast. But there is a bakery and a 7Eleven next to the hotel. The...

It is walkable distance to Jesselton Point and also to nearby restaurants and banks. There are a lot of historic photos and also the architecture is very nice. I think it used to be a old museum...

We only stayed one night at this hotel but totally enjoyed our stay. Although we were on the low floor without any view, the room is spacious and comfortable. The location is very good, easy to get everywhere in town. Lots of dining choices in the neighborhood and 5 minutes' walk to the seaside.
