What surprises the most is that the rooms are modern and the bathroom has a separate walk in shower. Prices are extremely affordable.
The breakfast is honestly bad and I would avoid it the next round. There are many fantastic seafood and breakfast joints behind the hotel.
I'll recommend this hotel if you're looking for a quick couple of nights at an affordable price.

Room wifi stopped intermittenly every 15 minutes, makes our work online very frustrating. The noises from the corridors could be heard inside our rooms !
Hotel seems full house occupancy as the Cafe for breakfast is very busy with diners, seatings are full and insufficient service staff as empty tables are still dirty and not set up as we were ushered in.
There are always tours or groups at a hotel, so they are mostly busy, so don't expect great hospitality.
One of the hotel's standout features is its convenient location, with a short walking distance to the vibrant promenade filled with an array of restaurants and bars. This proximity allowed me to easily explore and indulge in the local dining and entertainment options, adding to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Additionally, the hotel boasts a great pool, providing a refreshing oasis for relaxation.
The breakfast buffet offered by the hotel was more than satisfactory, presenting a substantial spread of delicious options to kickstart the day. The variety and quality of the offerings were impressive and left me feeling satisfied and energised.
I highly recommend this beachfront hotel. While its lobby may not initially catch your eye, the fantastic rooms, combined with its convenient location, great pool, and substantial breakfast buffet, create an exceptional experience. It is the perfect choice for those seeking comfort, convenience, and a memorable stay by the beach.
Upon arrival, we were greeted and welcomed, we then strolled our way to the front office to check in and enquired about the spa that they had. The lady that attended us told us that the spa closed down after the MCO.. we then asked if they had a bath, but unfortunately only executive rooms had baths and we didn't book that expecting the spa to be available.
We wanted to upgrade the room but the lady told us we could only do it through the Agoda app that we used to book the room. We weren't able to do so because we were already checked in.
Long story short, we were then assisted shortly by an amazing manager named JOEY, upon knowing our situation, he immediately adressed the situation and upgraded us to a suite room.. this is a sheer example of 5 star hospitality given by a man with a kind heart. Serving with kindness passion and showing what it truly means to be a hotelier in a 5 star environment. He was patient listening to our situation and quick to find a solution to solve it without further questions.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank him personally through this platform for giving us a wonderful end to our KK adventure..
Thank you Mr Joey Dennis (FO Manager)
Unsanitary carpet with spots on the floor. Bed sheets with spots, pillows nothing special.
Floor lamps damaged: there is adhesive tape around the electricity wires.
Bathroom with mold on the silicone around the bath. The handle you hold in the bath has been pulled 5 cm out of the wall.
Restaurant below all standards: not feasible for vegetarians: always chicken powder in the soups, buffets are cold, are no longer heated and remain standing for hours.
The staff walks around like headless chicks: they don't speak English and they don't know how to honk or blow. Chinese management and guests: don't go there.

Housekeeper didn't clean the toilet bowl properly and still left off with previous guests' urine stain.
The bed linen and pillow case come with some funny smell so I didn't sleep well at night. (now I'm praying hard that they are actually clean)
The lights in my room actually flicker. Reminds me of those horror movies.
Carpets are not exactly clean and stainless. So I had to live with it.
Breakfast place was kind of.... unpleasant. The cafeteria could be better maintained and maybe cleanliness and ventilation is another thing that the hotel should look into.
Conclusion: hotel needs to be better maintained.
We suggest the following need attention
1. More seating in the huge glamorous foyer. I counted a maximum of 8 seats in total
2. Less red tape when we wanted to borrow 2 towels to take to the hot springs. Not only were we required to sign a form in triplicate the towels were faded frayed & aged
3. Chang breakfast offerings daily though lots of variety of dishes
4. Hospitality Staff need to be more customer focussed rather than standing around chatting to each notable at noodle station
5. Clean Mould around shower recess
6. Remove Paint residue on carpet in rooms
7. Renew old shabby carpets in corridor
Large dinning area, but breakfast can be busy. A wide variety of food types available for breakfast so even the fussiest eater should be satisfied.
A cafe and bar are also available for guest.
With swimming pool, gift shop and beauty salon also on-site makes sure there is something for everyone's needs.
Staff are friendly and rooms I occupied on level five were comfortable.

Breakfast was really good. During our last stay in 2022, which lasted for 4 nights, the taste of the food was mostly bland. I guess they have improved on that.
We were given room number 830, which had a good view of the sea from our window.
The elevator was fast when called upon.
The lobby is quite nice and chill.
There are singers performing at the bar at night, which makes the area always buzzing.
The room and toilet are well-tidy.
We asked for a queen bed; unfortunately, they gave us 2 single beds. We called the receptionist to ask for a topper for the queen bed, and they immediately provided one several minutes later.
Customer service at the hotel was very quick and responsive.
The bed and pillows are lovely to sleep on. We had a really good sleep on the nights we were there.
Room cleaners are top-notch, they clean the room with satisfaction.
