Great service from the staff especially Malcolm, Ricky, Herna, Shirley and Aaron. They were very friendly and welcoming. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The room is clean and neat. Will come again soon!

Greeted by friendly staffs from Concierge to Front desk.. Smooth check in and we were upgraded a room with wonderful view. Club lounge food was alrite.. There's alcohol and carbonated drinks too. Across the street is a huge market where u can purchase all the dried goods from dried fishes to assorted crackers.
Always love my stay at the Le Meridien KK. The staff are all very welcoming compare to other hotels I’ve been in KK! On top of that, the food never disappoints! Especially the local Malay food. Room are always so clean and well maintained! It’s my fav hotel in KK!
Stayed at Le Meridien for 4 nights in July 2022. The location of Le Meridien is one of the best - in the heart of KK, grabcar to everywhere is less than RM10. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel is spacious, clean and brightly lit. Check-in was easy. The staff there was very friendly and welcoming. My partner injured his leg during the trip and they were very attentive and asked if we would like to borrow a wheelchair and even prepared a huge packet of ice for the injury (we didn't even ask for it, but they were very caring). Even the restaurant staff was very attentive and was able to quickly accommodate our needs and arranged a suitable table for a wheelchair. They even gave my partner freshly squeeze orange juice when they overheard him casually mentioning he felt like drinking it. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back to Le Meridien again when we visit KK.…
For staying , every staff are kind. specially , club lunge male manager is very kind And smile to me everyday. Last day , when we start in hotel, two staff are very kind and make me happy 😃 I love Le maridien❤️ Next time , I absolutly visit here 💓💓💓💓💓
Plan was to stay for one day but then with the staff was very friendly and bed was comfartable we end up extend our stay for another 2 days.. All of the staff in Le Meredien Kota Kinabalu was super friendly and dedicated Will come again for sure!!
Very Good location : Just cross the road, opposite is the Sinsuran (Filipino market), wet market, bbq seafood row, waterfront. Walk 20min to Sat Gaya night market food stalls & Sun morn Gaya market selling lots more clothes & things besides food. Hotel : newly renovated before the Covid, room & toilet are very clean. Buffet breakfast : good spread with live stations cooking noodles, egg/omelette, Indian chapati & curry, waffles/pancakes….. Sun buffet is crowded, food is slow to replenish with many empty trays. A guy & me waited at least 30min for the nasi lemak’s sambal chilli because the chef is still preparing! Reception staff is courteous, the door men are very helpful in directing me to the right shops. Concierge needs more training in communication, twice giving me wrong information! I wanted to go Sabah Tourism Information but he directed me to the Wisma Sabah building with all the tour agencies, all closed on a Sun! Later I was looking at the map myself in the room & found Sabah Tourism Information on the map so I called with the room telephone as I was holding a Singapore Hp. They are open on Sun but unfortunately already closing at 2.00pm Met the GM Suresh & his finance manager Dickson in the lift & they accompanied me to my level. GM Suresh has been with Le Meridian 16yrs, oversee the hotel’s major full renovation. He walks the ground and chats with his guests. Exorbitant Room Local Call At checkout, I was shocked that a few min call to a travel agency & a 5 min call to Sabah Tourism Information incur a charge of RM28!! It was only a local call. In the first place if the concierge had given me the right information & direct me to Sabah Tourist Information, I would not need to make the 2 calls. I can eat 3 bowls of popular Yee Fung laksa at Gaya Street, RM9 each & I still have RM1 remainder! Very upset over the ridiculous RM28 room call bill!…
Very helpful staff, comfortable stay with a beautiful pool and a great gym. The rooftop bar is also a big plus, We had some very early check outs and the staff were great with assisting us with the rest of our travels.

The front desk team was most helpful and accommodating. The room with sea view was romantic. The food choices were most appealing. Also the roof top bar with live music was vibrant.
