all is well, clean, we'll maintained, however internet is so freaking slow.. and parking is at your own risk.. toilet sliding door cannot be locked from inside so imagine privacy when with a group. The location is good, there is sunday market.. walking distance to malls, 10 min to nearest beach, be cautious as drivers are reckless..

Location is very central in KK and while being right on the Sunday market, it did not bother us. The hotel is very clean and the rooms very comfortable. There is kettle for tea in the room. The hotel provides free airport transfer from 7 AM (only to the airport, not the other way). The staff is very nice and...

Smiles all round from the porter, receptionist and the housekeeping - even the driver. The rooms were average, but came with a very impressive shower cubicle. Although the toiletries were nothing to shout about, but given the room rate, it is acceptable. The hotel gave a free transfer to the KKIA upon check out in a luxury MPV.

Just checked out of the hotel after 3 nights. I am highly pleased. Upon arrival, my single room was upgraded to a double. Score! The staff are super friendly and helpful without trying to sell you tours and other services. Free tansportation to airport provided. Super location for food and the Sunday market. There is some issue with noise from...

The room is very, very cleaned and...

The hotel with its great location came with a cost... it gets really noisy at night, probably also because we stayed om a Saturday night and the city was abuzz with activities. The Sunday market was right at our door step so the early preparation by the vendors generated much buzz as well. Bring ear plugs! The staff at the...

I was only in KK for a weekend for a friend's wedding. As i wanted to freely travel around i rented a car at the airport. Big mistake on my part as i did not check whether the hotel had a dedicated car park. It didn't. Anyway when i reached the hotel i parked in front of kedai kopi yee...

Hotel like hotel should be: friendly staff beginning from reception. Nice, modern, clean room. Everything what you expect from room is there and working - WiFi, TV, hot water in shower and even socket for the European electronic. I stayed in 4 hotels (same price range) in Malaysia and non of them had all of those facilities, even in KL.

I visit KK very regularly for work (about 5 times a year) and have subsequently stayed in many of the hotels in town. This place is now my go-to hotel in this price bracket. The service is excellent and friendly, the rooms are modern and clean, the wifi works well (most of the time, you are still in KK remember),...
