Nice, friendly staff. Really nice, clean and spacious rooms. There is no alcohol aloud within the hotel premises which struck us as very peculiar since there's a nightclub in the basement (although owned and run by a different company that did not seem to be associated with the hotel). When we complained after our first night, when they had placed...

The price/quality is very good. Rooms are clean but basic (although the shower is perfect compare to other Borneo hotels I visited). Staff were great. I complained about the loud music from the ground level bar and they transferred us to the upper level room at the side of the building. It must be the structure of the building but...

I landed at Kuching International Airport last week for an urgent meeting with a client. As I stepped out of the arrival hall, a lady handed me a brochure advertising this new hotel. Since I had not booked a hotel and the location of this hotel was in the middle of the "golden triangle" I decided to give it a...

Stayed in this friendly, still new hotel 2 nights. Staff was maximally helpful, although some of them was obviously very new. Rooms are basic but very clean. Locationvise the place is ok, not too far from the promenade and city center, the only disadvantage I noticed is the KTV bar at the riverside of the building at times with irritating...

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good recommendations for food and setting up day trips. Double rooms are small but just ask for an upgrade to a family room. A lot more space. Bathrooms are clean, nice rain shower. Location is on the edge of the water promenade. Takes about 15 min to walk to visitor center and 25 to walk...

I stayed for 2 nights at De Palma and I really liked it. The room was quite big and the bed very good. Location of the hotel is good as well: Even though it's in a quite area, it's only a five minite walk to the center of Kuching. And the bus stop (e.g. if you want to go to...
