Professional, very friendly, a personal touch, tasteful interior, splendid location, good food- you cannot ask for more! Stayed there during a business visit. Had a quiet room to the rear side. A real boutique hotel at its best.

I enjoyed stayed my stay at the Ranee. The team were so friendly, knowledgeable and professional; nothing was a problem for them. The Ranee is beautifully decorated and ideally situated. Surprisingly close to shopping and dining. We were able to walk most places in town and felt it safe to do so at any time. My room was on the...

Beautifully furnished rooms (remember to switch water heater on, switch just outside bathroom), lovely location next to the waterfront. Friendly and helpful staff. This was our first base on our trip to Borneo - saw the sights of Kuching, then out to Santabong mangroves and Satang turtle island. Off to Lemanak river for a night then back to the Ranee...

I stayed at the Ranee Boutique Hotel, Kuching during the ICCA Congress, November 2016 and was delighted with the friendly and personal service that might not be expected at a larger, international brand hotel. The staff were always on hand and were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated on the Kuching Waterfront and there are many attractions within...

Such a lovely quiet place right on the water front. River cruise departs over the road. Great souvenir shops all along the streets blow. Staff friendly and helpful, great dining as well. Would stay here again if I returned.

This is a boutique property with lovely decor reflecting the history and region where it is situated. It is conveniently located in the heart of the Riverfront downtown area. During a week long stay at the Ranee Hotel the staff, General Manager Mary and owner Rosemarie Wong treated a large group of us as part of their family. It really...

Easy walking distance to river and center of town, nice rooms with modern bathrooms and colonial style suites. Some room locations can be get noise from street or air condition units in back. Breakfast is a small fixed menu which changes slightly everyday.Staff seems overly concerned that you might steal something from the room so when you check out they rush...

This hotel has a certain charm that 's true. But that's all and I disagree with all the good reviews that made me chose to go there while in Kuching. For the same price as a Pullman or intercontinental you don't have : swimming pool, buffet breakfast, easy access and obligation to climb stairs, real peace. The breakfast was not...

We booked into one of the Ranee suites for the weekend. It's more of a mid-range boutique rather than a luxury hotel. The room was spacious and more or less clean with the exception of the bathroom, which had a strong and very unpleasant smell of drains. Breakfast was average. The service was good except an experience we had when...
