I booked 5 nights in Sarakraf Pavilion. Unfortunately I decided to leave after 1 night. I booked the place trough hotels.com. It promised me to get a dorm bed in an airconditioned room, with Wifi access and free breakfast. The dorm did have airconditioning. But there was no internet available (no wifi but also no access otherwise) there was no...

I recommend. Great place, good food, lovely accommodation.... A place of character and culture... Yet lively and joyfull to be in. The owner Gerald is always ready to share a few good stories. I also enjoyed the interactive demos of various handicraft. The room was spacious and well decorated :-)

We stayed longed than planned at Sarakraf Pavillion. First we had a really nice and spacious room with hot shower, It was very clean and the airco was working good. After a couple of nights we could move very easy into another room with a shared bathroom. They even moved our bags for us. This room was also spacious and...

Something different and especially compared to malaysian standards this place is amazing. Great room with a good bed and matrass. Beautifully decorated. Nice staff. For breakfast they only serve asian food, for me as a european, it's hard to have the garlic flavours so early in the morning. Some toast or eggs would have been nice. Make sure you seperate...

If you are looking for a comfortable guest house with personal service and fantastic food then Sarakraf Pavilion is the place to stay. Gerald and his team were very welcoming and nothing was a bother if we needed anything to enhance our stay. Don't expect 5 star resort accommodation as this isn't it, however if you want a good, clean...

My wife and I were shown these rooms as part of a cooking class we took in Kuching two weeks ago. They were tastefully furnished, spotless, spacious and every bit as good as the five star room we had at the Pullman nearby. They had every facility including the much needed aircon, and a well equipped bathroom. We regretted we...

If you make a trip here, in one of my favorite places on earth, and want a quick introduction into Sarawak culture, Sarakraf Pavillion is the place to visit. Appart from a excellent restaurant on ground level, they offering homestay too. All the rooms are beautiful and delicate, decorated with sarawakian handycrafts. Sarakraf Pavillon has it all in one place....

I arrived in Kuching with a group of friends in the beginning of February 2013. The weather was rather cloudy and it was raining very often. We got rooms immediately. The rooms were very nice and it was what we expected. The restaurant was excellent. Pineaple prawn was one of the best thing I ever had for dinner. For all...

Dear Mr. Bogus, Your group was the sweetest group from Poland that we had ever encountered. Thank you so much for checking in. In fact, your group was the real sunshine in a cloudy day for us all and we sure hope you will bring more groups into our humble heritage lodge again real soon. Thanks for staying with us....
