Overall pretty dissapointing stay for a 3 star hotel. We were poorly guided through the reception. Bed sheet and pillows had weird smell and the floor were pretty dusty. The activities is dependant on the waves, and the waves were pretty rough most of the day.

I picked this resort for this beautiful location, but cannot recommend after reception ruined our plants. She told us we could wait until the next day to book the high ropes course and it wouldn't be necessary to book that evening. The next morning, we tried to go to the beach only to be told we had to book the...

This was our first stop after arriving from London, we arrived before check in and our room wasn't quite ready so we enjoyed a chilled drink in the 'feeding tree', a lovely member of staff then informed us our tree house was ready and our bags would met us there whenever we were ready! Perfectly timed our bags arrived via...

Very relaxing couple of days spent at Permai, chilling out on the beaches, walking the unguided jungle trek and eating in the Feeding Tree. We stayed in treehouse 5 which lived up to expectation with a sea view and when the monkeys paid us a morning visit the day we were leaving. It seems some of the treehouses are undergoing...

Very friendly and nice staff. The resort located in a very intimate area of the rainforest. Our treehouse was just infrint if the sea, so the view was stunning. During night we could hear the sound of the sea. Only a bit disappointed of the cleaning part, and i think its a bit overpriced.

We spent four nights in Tree House 10 as our Christmas treat. What a great place to chill out... we were 10 meters up in the rain forest overlooking the ocean. The sounds of the sea drown out the rest of the world, even though it was incredibly peaceful anyway! Had birds, squirrels & even a beautiful (& harmless) whip...

One of my all time favorite hotels. Stayed in November for 5 nights, stayed in Treehouse 6 which looks out to the South China Sea and is surrounded by jungle. I was very lucky to have seen 'Silver Leaf Langur Monkey's' from the balcony within an hour of arriving which was amazing, obviously you may not. The room was big...

The location is amazing. You will be surrounded by trees & the beach is within walking distance. It's quite cooling as it's mainly shaded by the trees & you get to enjoy some quiet time here (no cars, only buggy). Sarawak Cultural Village is also within 10 mins' walk. However, the tree house that we stayed in is in poor...

Checked-in on the 8th of December with 3 of my friends and was rudely told by a male receptionist that the treehouse couldnt accomodate all of us due to overweight (referring to the weight of some of my friends). Decided to stay in a cabin but the floor was sandy, & couldn't completely close the curtain in the living room....

It's a fun stay at the tree house which surrounded by trees and great sea view. Love the shaded pond as kids can enjoy playing water anytime of the day. Lots of activities and the cafe offer reasonably price meal. It will be perfect if the management took note of the cleanliness of the room and the cafe. Spider web...
