Booked for 1 nights for Ocean View room without breakfast on Feb 2017 during festive season. Location: Resort next to the private beach, access to beach is steps away. Resort Exterior: Old, no maintenance at all. The design is exactly the same as 15 years ago and it is getting worst without any renovation at all. Resort Facilities: Facilities is...

Room was musty and there was mould growing on the ceiling and corners. Looked very shabby and rundown though you can sense that it was a top class resort back in its heyday. No complimentary parking provided. RM50/car/day! Concierge and room service poor. Elevator was very suspect. I ended taking the stairs for fear of an incident with the elevator....

This is not my first visit but shall be my last until some major revamp happens. Sad considering the potential of the place but the neglect from the management is just not acceptable. If the management is not keen in running the place then they might as well close it down. Everything is falling apart. The food is pathetic. They...

We were given welcome drinks upon arrival. I just dont like the idea that the reception staff tshirt is shocking pink 😜😜. Room is good...big. facing beach & pool. Food is tasteless. So better eat out or standby bread or maggie. Its about 45mins from Kuching town. Hotel is good but not well maintain...the lift is rusty & not working....

The property needed a bit of tender loving care, but if you have ever owned a place in the tropics you will know that you are fighting the forces of nature to stay in front. The facilities were extremely clean and spacious and the staff bent over backwards to make sure our stay was exactly what we wanted. The costs...

One last holiday season! Thats the theme for this resort! Its all about squeezing that extra bit of cash out of the locals and tourists for one more season before obvious closure. Now before I begin the review of facilities etc its important to state that I realise its the rainy season so its not 'peak' times here in Damai/Kuching....

My friends and I were really disappointed with the resort. Rooms were bad and smelly, leftover food in fridge, dirty towel from previous guest was left in the room. Food at hotel was very bad. Asked for Caesar salad and was promised to have cheese and croutons, but it only came with lettuce. Wanted to order other food, they kept...

This resort is billed as 4-4.5stars. Should be 2.5!! Rooms were old and dirty On arrival there was a wet used towel folded as if it were new in the bathroom. There is no wifi in the rooms and no reception for phones either. Most amenities and restaurants were "closed for renovation" with no renovation in sight. I think they...

It is a SPA resort without an operating spa. The place is really run down. All restaurants were no longer in operations EXCEPT one cafe. Poolside bar closed. Lounges closed. Lifts were not serviceable, they just placed a sign and claimed to be "under maintenance" but it's clearly abandoned i.e. Rusty, broken, etc. At least 20% of the lightings along...
