The hotel is located in shop lots near Sunway Giza. I am always in the lookout for good value hotel within walking distance of cheap Malaysian eateries and this truly fits the bill. There are varieties of good eateries within 15 minutes walking radius of the hotel e.g. tomyam, seafood, Ramly burger, Hameediyah. I travel all the time to my meeting venues using taxi or Uber. Cost me around RM70 to Putrajaya, and RM12.50 to Sungai Buloh. Once the LRT station is complete, I think this place will flourish even more. At present, perhaps this is its main limitation.
The hotel is easy to spot from the main road, with its grey grandiose presence. The entrance to the premise is locked all the time and controlled by access card. Check in was smooth and easy. All room here are none smoking. My windowed deluxe queen room costs me RM158 at the hotel website, which is considerably lower than some online agents. The hotel requires CASH deposit of RM100 - so please have it handy to avoid trouble. I was given a pouch that contains remote control for AC and TV.
My room was located at the ground floor, same level as the lobby. This works out good for me, but also means that the window is useless for me as my window is facing directly to the hotel back alley. The room itself is nice and clean, with good size bathroom. There is one open wardrobe, safe, fridge (which doesnt seem to work for me), study table. There is coffee making facility (kettle, coffee mix). Hotel also provides complimentary daily two bottles of drinking water, and toothbrush. Ironing facility is available on loan from the front desk. The bathroom is not meant to be dry, but the water drained very fast. When i first entered the bathroom, it has quite strong stinky smell, but the bathroom was clean enough for me to think it might come from its drainage instead of the bathroom itself. Thankfully, the smell however doesnt overpower the room and faded away after you use the bathroom frequently.

The hotel is easy to find with it's big exterior facade. Main entrance is locked all the time for safety concern so first timer might be confused how to enter the hotel lobby. Check in is fast without any hassle. Room is new and clean and everything you need from toiletries to coffee and tea is at it's proper place.

It's on the quiet side of the block but still accessible to many restaurants and shops.

We booked a queen size bed room. This was our second stay here. We chose this place for its proximity to alpha fertility center.

Room was clean enough. It had an ant problem, however. Also, there is barely enough space for 2 persons to move about.

The bathroom posed a problem for us, as it was impossible to shower without getting the whole bathroom floor wet. Sink had trouble draining.

Make sure to get a room with a window. The windowless one we stayed in was stuffy and felt like a prison cell with no natural light streaming in.

Services are like very bad. We have a few rooms booked. Upon check-in we were force to put a deposits for incidental charges where there is no mini-bar in a rooms or other amenities. Explanation from the boss Julie, they afraid the guests might break the things in the room or take their things in the room but never explain anything about non-smoking policy. However, there is a signage in the in the lobby and in the rooms stated non-smoking policy with a penalty charge of $100. Rooms was infested by cockroaches and no action was taken. The housekeeper entering our room without informing us when we are not around just to to take the iron board and hair dryer. How save is this hotel can be. Upon check-out we were told that our rooms have smoking smells and doesn't want to refund our deposit, Asking them to show us the evidence but they are unable to show any evidence to us. Is the way the hotel earn money? From guest deposits?

This is a cosy, comfortable hotel. The rooms have everything you need and the hotel even offers hair dryer and ironing boards. The wi-fi works beautifully, apparently everywhere. The front desk and housekeeping are very friendly and helpful. Moreover there are many restaurants and bars around within walking distance, there is also a cinema 2 minutes away from the hotel. The hotel is also very clean and well maintained. If you are looking for a hotel to stay this would be THE hotel to accommodate in Kota Damansara.

Ashley Boutique hotel was a very nice surprise after previously staying in a grotty hotel. The hotel is clean, modern & secure. The rooms, while small, were very adequate and the staff were friendly & obliging. The area has many places to dine with Chinese food & steamboat dining especially popular. We chose this hotel for its proximity to the Utama Dental Clinic. Definitely good value for money & I would highly recommend.

We have stayed here 3 times, never disappoints. The location is very good, lots of restaurants around; some are 24 hours and between a few malls in walking distance; giza mall, strand mall and another one we haven't gone to. Many people stay here to go to the fertility clinic - Alpha Fertility Center - a few steps away from the hotel. They provide toothbrush, soap, shampoo, and shower cap but there's no hair dryer in the room. The concierge is friendly and helpful. Value for money.

A tip for you: if you are a light sleeper you might want to ask for a room not facing the front side because it can get pretty noisy with the band playing at night at the mall accross the road.

Had a quick stopover and the hotel was booked for me by an associate for a meeting. They have options for a window and windowless room. The first thing that hits you is that the hotel is all PURPLE everywhere, great selection of paintings, and an excellent shower. It's a new hotel, the bed, tv and all are good. It's a small room and good only if you are there for a short stay or working the whole day. It's very close to a wide range of eateries. So that's great.

Beware though, even if you do book a room with a window, particularly online, you might be placed in one that overlooks a building. Those rooms are dark. Ask for a room facing the road specifically. It's not noisy and you can draw the curtains.

The safe is tricky as both the rooms that my colleagues and I stayed in failed. They said they had problems with it. They did resolve it by contacting someone who took half an hour to get there with a key.

Excellent wifi connection. One of the best connections that I have had and was able to complete a lot of my work at the hotel.
