Very nice view of green hills from my room. Sleep very tight at night its so quiet and all accomodation is just nearby. Will stay again soon. All staff was very friendly especially Mr Ali. I enjoyed every moment stayed in Qliq. Will promote to my friends.

This hotel has so much potential as there are not many hotels to select from. Unfortunately the maintenance and service has a lot of room for improvement.

* The room we were given has a mouldy smell. Seems like that room was not occupied for some time.
* Check in was smooth but the receptionist could be more welcoming. She was friendly but only after I initiate and engage.
* Gym is a separate entity from the hotel and we need a tag card to enter. This needs to be obtained from the reception and as advised upon check in, we can get it from the security guard if the receptionist is away. There is certainly lack of communication as the security do not know what to do.

I would say it is fairly okay hotel if you don't have a choice. It's quite convenient though the area is dark at night. Some training on service and maybe some little maintenance upgrade on the hardware will do the hotel good.

Service is less than zero - the front desk is variably manned and the evening staff cocks an attitude when you ask about it. Cleanliness is poor.

It’s saving Grace is it’s excellent gym, some pleasant staff members.

I would not advise for family vacations.

Room was good. The people at the front desk. Very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Stayed two nights. Room was not turned over or cleaned after the first night. That’s about my only complaint. All in all, great place to come back to after a long day. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Lousy small rooms that charge you a premium for it. Restaurant not operational and menu is a joke. No room service but called themselves 4 star hotel. Bring ear plugs as the hallway gets pretty noisy in the morning, and sometimes during the night you can hear your next room shagging.

Dear Mr TeohCT Thank you for taking your time to share with us your feedback during your stay. Your comments have certainly raised many areas of concern that need to be addressed and will inspire us to strive harder in serving our guests. Qliq Damansara does not manage any Food & Beverage outlets in the hotel but we work closely with our partners such as Hugos by Modestos on Level G and Starbucks on Level LG to complement our hotel services. We apologize that you have missed these outlets during your stay as both Hugos by Modestos and Starbucks are in operations since February 2015. We are introducing more directional signages to direct our guests to various facilities in the Hotel. We are also finalizing our in-room dining menu with our F&B partners and soon this will be available. We hope to welcome you back and may we humbly suggest that you try our Quest rooms which offer more space. Thank you once again for your feedback and we hope to have the chance of provide you better experience in the near future. Qliq-essentially yours, Bennet Chang General Manager

We lost an important gift in the hotel during our stay. We asked to see the CCTV but was denied until we got a police report. So we got the police report but they still refused to let us review the CCTV. It's been over a month now and their recent excuse from our contact in KL, is that they do not keep footage for over a month, despite that we made the report on the day we had to check out! They still have yet to email us with the official word why they will not show us the CCTV. Two possible conclusion - 1) Their own staff store the gift or 2) They do not have the CCTV working. Not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not my usual choice of hotel for KL but was placed here by clients. I was here for business and stayed 2 nights.

The hotel is part of a development called Empire Damansara. A mere glance at the badly kept facade of the development would reveal that any empiristic ambitions faded soon after the name was chosen. The development adopts an industrial style which must have seemed 'cool' on paper. However the idea would have benefitted from more care in proper execution.

It is certainly not cool when the place is leaking and unkept and actually looks and feels like an empty (it's not well visited or tenanted) old factory with dirty leaky toilets. Some nice stylistic elements such as a street of coloured hanging umbrellas give a sense of whimsy but in light of the state of the place merely gives rise to a sense of wistful longing for what could have been if more care had been taken.

Visitors who expect that there are gains from staying in a hotel attached to a mall would be disappointed that said mall only contains several average cafes and some convenience stores.

Rooms are unimpressive but comfortable. Good for the price. Pool is good. On the first floor is a good-sized Anytime Fitness outlet which is well equipped but not well staffed.

Service standards in the hotel are notably sub par. The front desk staff appear inexperienced. Housekeeping is outright bad. A call was made for the room to be cleaned at 10 am but no one came for more than 2 hours. And that was only after a reminder call was made. Toiletries and water were not replaced. There was no card to be placed on the bed to signal a change in linen. So linen was duly not changed.

There's a sense of wanting to get away with as little work or effort as possible. This is particularly irksome. Otherwise... for the price it's ok.

we stay in the hotel for 3 nights. the hotel is very new and clean, nothing to complain. the only drawback is not been able to use the hotel pool, as it is not fully functioning yet. the hotel is just at the new developing area, near the heritage lane. the location is strategic, cafe, bars, ikea and the curve are just nearby. staffs are friendly and approachable.i hope that they can maintain same standard of services when we have the opportunity to stay in the hotel again next time.

I got a queen sized bed i think. But i know there are rooms with single beds as well. You can request for your preferred bed upon booking (or check-in if you just walk in) but that's always subjected to availability.

From KL Airport, you can take the KLIA Express train to KL Central. From there, take the MRT line to Mutiara Damansara stop and from there, you can take a feeder bus to Qliq Hotel. If you want to visit Langkawi, you can fly there through Malaysia Airlines, Air Asia or Malindo Air, which is a direct route. If you feel more adventurous, you can take the train to Penang and then the ferry to Langkawi.

Uber or Grabcar is between RM5-7 from QLIQ to One Utama. The shuttle bus schedules don't run that frequently, and you have to book in advance. I found it more convenient to just hop onto an Uber or Grab.

Dear Ms Sheron, We understand your concern and let us assure you that we have security guards stationed and patrolling in the car park areas for 24/7. I confirm what the others have said, that it is 24-hour well-lit and that the passages are wide. Allow me to further furnish you with more details and guidance. The designated car park for hotel guests is at basement 4, and the best way and shortest route to get down to our car park is by entering through Entrance 3 of Empire Damansara, i.e. SOHO 2 entrance. To get to Entrance 3, after turning right into Empire Damansara, please go straight instead of making a U-turn at the sign of Tous Les Jours bakery. Go straight and turn right along the road and you will see Entrance 3 for SOHO 2. You only need to follow the signage and go one floor down to B4 from there. Otherwise, if you arrive late after midnight, please take note that Entrance 2 and 3 are closed at 12.00 am. In this case, you must enter by Entrance 1 which is between the hotel entrance and Avenue Bistro the 24-hour Mamak stall. I hope the above is clear. If you need more directions and guidance, please feel free to call us at +603- 2035 5959. We'd love to guide you on the phone. Qliq-essentially yours, Jacqueline
