We booked this property thinking it's a hotel concept and more over there is no clue it's under AIR B&B. What a cheat it was .... b'coz they cleverly put in under the roof of Pyramid . To our surprise for the amount we paid we feel so disappointed . There is no soap to wash. There is no coffee mug ? Not even a tea spoon . We have to call the guy who gave us the key to bring bath mat ?? After shower no bath mat . ???? How if my mom slip n fell in the toilet ?? Toilet roll place broken . The hose is leaking . Shower curtain is very dirty we can't even hold it by our hands to pull it . Someone has to look into this property seriously . Of coz we understand there are management to look into all this ..... however we as a guest should not be cheated . I'm working in the Hotel Line for almost 20 years . But this property is worst . Very expensive . Just because of the location they any how charge their guest and can't be bothered attitude . When I made a complained to the guy who gave me the key .... he asked me to take picture and send him . Do you think I have no better work to do ...... This should be look into those who are in charge of this property . Not as a guest we come and stay . I will never ever stay in this property or not even the Pyramid Hotel . Very sad .

My family booked this accommodations because the ones we wanted were fully booked. Upon booking, and after checking online for reviews, realised that it is actually some privately managed suites. Check in was done at at a corner of the staircase landing at B1 of Pyramid shopping car park. If you are driving, please stop your car near this glass panelled lift lobby , unload your belongings and have someone look after them, before you go park your car. Chances are you may need to park your car far far away from the Suites. W Studio Resort Suites is just one of the many management companies managing the units above Pyramid Tower Hotel. There are just 2 or 3 men doing the checking in and checking out. You are only given a mobile no and an email address to maintain communication with them. You will only get your ONE Key, and a card, to access your unit. The card is to gain access at the lift , and you may need to get the guys in charged of W Studio Resort to tap their card and let you take the lift when you do not have your key with you due to some other member of your family holding it. Next , the unit itself needs much maintenance. Furnitures are run down, wardrobes doors are spoilt , kitchen utensil are not very complete. There is only one toilet per executive suite. One bed room with a double bed, and another double bed in the hall, plus a sofa, a small dining table and a kitchen with microwave, rice cooker , electric kettle , fridge and a induction hob. There are no hooks to hang your clothings. The cushion on the dining chair has flattened. They give you a stove, but there are no pots. Don’t know if they have been stolen. A bathtub that has no stopper, so you can’t soak in. A hairdryer that has a missing power button, so not being able to use. The efforts by the few guys are not as bad, they do respond quickly over WhatsApp. They were quite courteous and they tried their best to help when we faced with problems. Car park charges will apply. But I understand that you can get a carpark voucher that enables you to just pay RM8 per entry. They provide mineral water. And coffee sachet. The door doesn’t have locking ledge, the pin hole cannot See through. So, in conclusion, if you lower your expectations, you will not be too disappointed. Cheers.

As stated in the many previous review, this is more of a residential unit than a hotel as there’s no reception or counter staff. Only one person is sitting next to the staircase at B1 with the key in an envelope. If you’re traveling by taxi, you have to drop off at Sunway Pyramid Hotel and walk to the end after the lift to the staircase going to B1. The room in general is quite big and clean except that the furniture is quite old. I stay in a unit where the aircon is not cold enough. As it is cheapest among the hotel around there (not including the 2 stars small hotel nearby), you should not have too high expectations. The house keeping is not done after I come back from Sunway Lagoon at 4 plus and I have to inform remind them to clean the room. There’s only one soap in the bathroom for your hair and body. The only good point I see is the convenience as it is next to the Sunway Lagoon and the shopping mall. If you don’t mind the inconvenience of checking in as there’s no reception, this hotel is okay with a lower price.

I stayed with my family here. They are inside hotel but they are an apartment. Add a few extra bucks. And u could have gotten a hotel. No reception. Their reception is some guys sitting at the b1 of sunway pyramid. Looks dodgy already. They only tell us what we booked is not hotel but instead an apartment. They already take the payment when u booked so u can't runaway,i was shocked because no overseas hotel i went to have prepayment through booking.com. No safe box despite looking at pic have safe box, saying the house is safe with 24hr cctv outside. But still housecleaning can enter whem room is not card function but key function. One pathetic key function to share the whole family. Sudden room clean shock us as our passport and money was not locked properly and in the bag but opened, luckily we hid them in a secret compartment. No safety deposit how can we be safe when there's room cleaning service and valuable inside.. Not well maintained as tv nothing to Watch, cockroaches and wall peeling. The price we paid not worth the whole shock as we expected better. If it's apartment go airbnb or don't list it as hotel in website. And extra 30 per night we could have gotten the real hotel it is located on. And also, those staying hotels could have gotten a discounted price at sunway lagoon but they make it so we got special price by paying through cash to them. We paid 480myr but receipt when we went the next day shows they pay only 360myr. How fantastic is that. They sell us at discounted price yet pocketted more money because sunway lagoon had this special buy 1 get 1 free yet they did not tell us and pocketted the extra. Taxi driver told us the stories of hotel all get discount and more. Pros: good view and wifi Cons: not hotel or even "resort" as listed, poor maintanance, no safe box, one pathetic key, no breakfast, their reception is a bellboy area and papers at basement1 of sunway pyramid hotel.

Needs to fix all problems in the room before handing over the room to the guests. Air conditioning works fine as long as you don't reduce or increase the temperature. That's impossible to do as it gets extremely cold at night. So when we adjusted the temperature to our needs it just became extremely warm. Bathroom exhaust fan, shower curtains need to be cleaned on a regular basis. When asked for an extra bed all we got was a mattress with a sheet on for an overly priced amount. Need to keep up the standards as high as the name of the hotel. Complains after complains from day 1! My advice to all who plans on staying here is to please consider else where because this place is not worth the price!
