F; solo traveler; stayed in the 8-bed dorm room. Bed was comfortable and spacious, bathroom was clean, towels and delicious breakfast was included for 50 MYR. I booked an airport shuttle for an additional of 5.5 MYR. The hotel was very close to the airport. It was very nice to have a decent place to stay during in-between flights (especially...

22 of us were travelling through on our way to further afield. Close to the airport and only 40 Rupi at an exchange rate of 5-1 Euro. A little far from Kuala Lumpa (around 45k) we took a bus for 9 at 40 rupi return each. The hotel was ok but the beds were stained, the staff changed rooms for...

Close to airport, has a shuttle service pick up, clean and nice place to stay on transit. But if you want to travel around in KL, better take another place.. as not many transpot can be use from/to the place from salak tinggi train station. Getting from hotel is easy, but getting back is another story. Keep a driver number...

Stayed here last week for one night during our transit from Manila-Malaysia-Krabi. The hotel is located 10 minutes from KLIA2. We rode a Grab car going to the hotel and paid 40rm for the trip. It's best to just avail the shuttle service for 10 ringgit per person but have to sched with hotel. We took the shuttle from hotel...

Room cramped and dank, bathroom not clean. Housekeeping could come to clean bathroom after we had left next morning. Very helpful! No good food options in hotel area. Free airport shuttle has to be requested 48 hours before arrival. Free shuttle to airport next morning booked out on arrival, so private taxi booked. Next morning private taxi, mini-van, had three...

The rooms are small but you would only stay here while waiting for your next flight so was fine. The bathroom was amazing after a long flight hot and just want you want! Rooms were very clean and modern with a good TV with few English channels. Shuttle bus was awesome and cheap! Around 15 mins drive to airport. Nothing...

This is a great hotel for a layover. Nothing fancy. Clean room close to the airport. Cheap transfer from the airport to the hotel. Caught Uber the next day as transfers to the airport stop at 12 noon. Nothing to do or see around the hotel so best be aware of this. Breakfast average

Used the YouniQ Hotel as a transfer stop... literally the worst thing I have done. Arrived at KLIA2 with a shuttle bus booked that never arrived. Rocked up to the slums where it is located to a haggling taxi man out the front. Checked in fine up to the room that looked nothing like the pictures. It was tiny, the...

I am rating both the hotel and the website with 1 because I cannot find "0" rating. Here I am, 3:30am in the morning, at KLIA2 airport in Kuala Lumpur, with a confirmation from Agoda to stay at YouniQ, credit card charged. 3 hours later at the arrival level, no shuttle bus to pick us up. No one at the...
