We were pleasantly welcome, the room was very spacious and comfortable. Enjoyable start to the day with a varied breakfast on the terrace. Conveniently situated in the heart of the Portuguese fort, a short walk to the Portuguese Custer, a must see.

I arrived late and left early next morning so didn't see too much of Dar El Jadida or the city (though the owner did steer me to a nice wee bar on the main street, where I enjoyed a few late night drinks with the locals).

We were looking for a nice place to spend our last night in Morocco before heading to the airport the next morning. This is a simple hotel in the middle of the Cite Portugaise very accessible to the bastions, the cistern and the main market area. Found room and bathroom to be clean and comfortable, though hardly luxurious. The rooftop...

I stayed here for two nights and I was very satisfied even though the window was a bit too small and had no view, only the wall 2 meters across, so to speak. But the room itself was nice, newly renovated, spacious with a couch as well so it was real comfortable there. The bathroom was fine too. The bed...

Dar El Jadida is a perfect little hotel situated in the charming Cite Portugaise, which means it’s one minute distance from the famous Citerne Portugaise and about ten minute walking distance from the lovely El Jadida’s beach. The room was cosy and spacious (which is not so common in Morocco); the bathroom with the shower was within the room, the...

The floors could do with a bit of scrubbing, and there are weird stains in the bed linen and in the towels. Toilet is private, but outside of the room. Would have been acceptable for half the price, but not for the price they charge. The door of the room is lined with multi-language list of what guests are not...

We enjoyed seven days in this nice B&B run by an authentic Venetian guy and located amid the marvelous old Portuguese city surrounded by ancient fortress walls. The B&B is clean, cheap an perfectly located in a neighborhood where Moroccan families still live. From the hotel terrace, where the reach breakfast is served, the sea and the whole medina are perfectly...

The hotel owner is friendly and it is close to the main attractions in the Cite Portuguese. The view from the top floor is awesome and we had a relax breakfast up there. The room is clean and spacious with clean private bathroom outside.

This riad has a friendly manager who is very welcoming. The place is quite homely and some effort has been made to make it bright and cheery. Each room has its own bathroom which are clean and have their own powerful water heating system. I would recommend this a decent place to stay. My only criticism is that is overpriced...

Very nice riad in the old Cité Portuguese, a UNESCO world heritage site. The owner, Massimo, and his wife are both very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served on the terrace from where you can see the whole old city of Mazagan.

“When we arrived the lovely owner let us choose our rooms and did say the back one would be quieter but we took the one at the from and had no problem sleeping, so I think they're all good”

“I think they're all pretty similar...all have an "outside" washroom as far as I could tell. The main difference was probably the number of beds in the room and the higher floor might not be as noisy.”
