We stayed to nights in March. The location is good - a short walk into the main town. It's a quiet location. The rooms are very clean and well decorated - in a beach style. Everyone is very helpful - they will book meals at local restaurants if need be. It is rather motel style but we loved the place....

This is a great guesthouse. The location is perfect - you can walk almost anywhere in Swakopmund from here and yet the guesthouse is located in a nice quiet area. We had two inter-connecting rooms for our family which worked really well for us and everything was clean and worked well. The guesthouse staff were very helpful - and had...

Guest house is very friendly, clean and efficient. Swakopmund feels safe and has some good restaurants and is a centre for activities. We tried to quad biking near the guest house and it was excellent and the guest house staff were very helpful with recommendations and advice and local knowledge. The rooms are spacious and clean and in a quiet...

Very clean, safe, and easy to find... But no character and very limited view! It is excellent for 1 night transit, but no time to spend there... Breakfast are fine, but a lot of guesses... It is very much used by the tour operator who get I guess a maximum of profit with this guest house! Location is quite good,...

On a tour throughout Namibia we had an enjoyable 2 night stay in the conveniently located Swakopmund Guesthouse, Room No. 5. Very spacious room and bathroom. Right off the main street but was relatively quiet. No air conditioning but was fine plenty of windows for air. Lovely breakfast spread and comfortable common area. Walking distance to the town. During our...

We stayed one night at Swakopmund Guesthouse, which is nicely located on walking distance from the seaside as well as Swakopmund down town. It was very chilly that day, as is quite often the case, which might have had some influence on our experience: we found the rooms motel style and cool, although neat. All rooms are around a patio...

We had 2 nights here at the start and end of our Namibia trip, and found it the perfect B&B. Rooms were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and modern and the breakfast was perfect, with a fabulous continental selection as well as eggs and bacon. The staff and the owner were very helpful with directions, dinner recommendations etc and we...

Its a B & B , my room was large clean & comfortable for two nights, good position for town & quad biking on the dunes. Large walk-in shower, fridge & tea & coffee facilities. Breakfast fine, it is as I said a clean B & B our group was so busy hardly spent anytime there except to sleep.

We were booked to stay here two nights during our driving holiday in Namibia but we felt compelled to leave after one night, and found something much more luxurious and cheaper (see my other review). Rooms at the Swakopmund Guesthouse are best described as "motel-style" with patio doors that open right onto the property's grounds, which are unfenced and open...

We stayed in this guesthouse as our first stop in Namibia. The guesthouse is clean, quiet and comfortable with a very nice breakfast served in the dining/lobby area. Parking is plentiful and it's just far enough from the downtown to be hassle free but close enough to walk to most decent restaurants.
