We had a month of camping around Botswana and Namibia and without a doubt this was the best campsite we stayed in, it was well located, just ten minutes from town centre, 1 minute to beach and tiger reef bar. The site was large with private toilet and shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend this site, which...

Having stayed at Alte Brucke several times over the years, finally decided to post a review. Great site, with neat lawns, private clean ablutions for each campsite, nice private BBQ facilities, and some of the sites with decent shade (not that shade is of any great importance in ever-cool and ever-misty Swakop!) Good service & support from Reception, and reasonable...

We stayed at this campsite for one night last month and it was pretty great. Although the campsites are pretty close together, we did not feel overly crowded. Each site has a standalone bathroom with a nice hot shower and it's spacious. The site is conveniently located about 2 minutes from the beach (too cold for me to swim tbh)...

Great chalet, everything is nice from the kitchen, living, bedrooms, dinning, outdoor BBQ area, shower area. Downside is location, if you do not have wheels it a distance to the main shopping street. Also because the chalets are so big and have very high ceiling, the place get very cold. My advice is get a heater from the reception before...

I stayed here for 2 nights during my Exodus overlanding camping trip from Cape Town to Victoria Falls. We stayed in rooms at this property and my bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, a real treat after camping for so many nights! The bathroom was spotless and the shower was amazing, the water pressure was ideal and the temperature of...

We stayed for 2 nights in the self catering apartments which were very spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped. There is even a small patio and barbecue outside. We were given a very warm welcome and the staff members were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice and eggs cooked to order. The resort is...

We stayed on the campsite with our 4x4 and roof tent. It was a great break from the NWR campsites as had its own plumbed toilet & shower, very clean and useful outdoor kitchen/grill facilities. 5 min walk to the very centre of town. Efficient and kind reception staff, and good laundry service. Highly recommend, but should note that it's...

After camping with no facilities in the desert we were delighted to be here and stayed for 6 nights! We had grass, our own shower, own toilet, own washing-up and braai area, shade under the verander, free WiFi. protection from the wind. At R350 per night for 2 camping it was more expensive than our other camping nights, but it was...

Stayed in the very clean and tidy chalets. The facility does need a restaurant for lunch and dinner purposes. It will do great, as all restaurants are far away from the resort. One can, however, make your own food in the chalet. Nice, I did enjoy my stay there. I will return there for sure.
