We spent just one night at the camp and regret that our tour didn't allow for a longer stay. Scenery is stunning. Very rustic but that's just the point. Traditional dinner by the open fire, the best shower in our lives watching the surroundings, we fell from one surprise into another. Do wake up early to see the sunrise from...

We have just spent 23 days on a road trip through Namibia and this camp was a highlight. Rustic but beautiful with friendly service. Adjacent to a dry river bed full of animals tracks. This was our best camping experience. We hope to be back one day in July to see the elephants.

This place is set in such a wonderful setting, which great rock formations that you can go climb and explore. The ensuite tents are very well done and the outside ensuite bathrooms are wonderful, complete with hot water. The main section has a bar and you can book meals if done in advance. The road it is on is not...

Hi, I stayed here with a friend about a month ago and would recommend everyone to stay. What a stunning and peaceful place. Fantastic vibe. Off the beaten track, and at first I was maybe even a little worried about camping (not a fan of camping) and donkey geysers etc. But what a bliss. The arrival was great, a family...

What a special stay we had at Madisa!! From the outdoor showers to watching the rise of the supermoon from the rock mountain that towers over the campsite we loved it here. A very special place that feels like a different planet with peace and quiet like nowhere Ive ever been. The hospitality was also fantastic and we were very...

We stayed at the Madisa Campsite which has a lot of facilities! E.g., a private shower and toilet with sky/nature view, beautiful cooking area,... We also prebooked for breakfast which was the most amazing breakfast we had during our trip. The chef made a stack of pancakes but also the fried eggs with bacon and toast were amazing!

I spent 1 night camping here, and was quite pleased. All of the campsites are well maintained, with flush toilets, showers and power points. The staff were friendly and helpful. No wifi, although there is a spot near the bar that gets a cell signal. I'd definitely stay here again if i was in the area.

A most beautiful place to stay. Sun during the day, owls calling and fantastic stars at night, peace and quiet in abundance. The staff are delightful and the food amazing - especially considering how far it is from any shops! A friendly welcome and cold beers instantly available. What more could a dusty weary traveller ask for?

I stayed 1 night in Madisa. There are sites for campers, but I stayed in their accommodated option: a tent, already set up, with a double bed inside, and a bathroom, toilette outside the tent, surrounded by a fence. There was a mirror. The tent was spacious, although it is still a tent. No electricity in it. No electricity on...
