My family (wife, two young sons, and parents) and I stayed at Pine Hill the first week of September 2016 and had an excellent time. My family has been staying at Pine Hill for 40+ years, however had not stayed in awhile. What we found was the same consistently excellent facility - clean, well maintained, well located, and friendly service....

We had the pleasure of staying at Pine Hill Resort for a week in May, 2016. We found the cabin to be clean and equipped with all the modern conveniences. We chose the cottage because it had full kitchen. Motel rooms were just for sleeping. Bathroom was spacious and the setting was relaxed and quiet. I would definitely recommend this quiet...

My family stayed in the chalet and it was very pleasant, clean, and comfortable. The front office staff was very cordial and accommodating. The facility was extremely clean. Of the choices in this area, we are very glad we chose Pine Hill.

My husband, mom, three children and myself stayed at the Pine Hill "Resort" in cottage 6, the little red one. Now, out of anyone's control, it happened to be the HOTTEST summer EVER. Cottage 6 does NOT have air conditioning. All of the other cottages/chalets have air conditioning. We were there for seven days, seven days without air conditioning. It...

We had a pleasant 2 night stay at the Pine Hill Resort. It is located about half way from Bemus Point and Chautauqua Institute each about 4 miles away. I think that there were about 12 cabins in the resort which is not directly on the lake but has beach access within a few feet. We had a quiet standard...

I was stunned when the manager told my child not to speak during my conversation with her. I have never felt more uncomfortable in my life. The property is lovely, but if you have 10 and 11 year old children who wish to go to the playground in the evening, do not stay. Everyone around us was above the age...

Pine Hill Resort was exactly what we were looking for quiet, beautiful, friendly, and a clean hotel. We will definitely stay here again. The price of the room was more then reasonable. The staff greet you a smile and was extremely helpful when it came to where to eat and what to do. We loved going to the lake first...

We liked staying here - it's comfy and quiet. Our motel room (12F) appeared to have been recently re-done with fresh-smelling pine paneling. It was plenty clean and the bathroom was real nice. Easy access to their dock at the lake. I'm back there in my mind . . . .

On the lake or from the road it's near all the attractions. Remodeled accommodations in a wooded/ sunny setting with well kept dock on the lake. Prices very reasonable compared to other choices on the lake. Not a lot of units so sells out fast. It's spacious grounds and great playground for children. As with most like places here there...

Stayed for a week here and we're pleasantly surprised at how equipped the cabins were. They had everything we needed, even a tv in the bedroom! Only complaint is the bathroom was very small but still functioned well. Very clean and quiet. Will stay again.
