This is huge old hotel.. The lobby/rooms are king size . I had very less expectations about this hotel after going thru most of the reviews . The hotel is near to airport and very easy find.. Front desk manager Mr. Sanesh was very welcoming and efficient .. I was given a room in second floor which has a vast...

My wife and I stayed in Haffa House Hotel for three nights during our Eid break. It is very close to Salalah airport but still the Taxi driver ripped us off totally. They have set prices for | western tourists that are up to five times the usual price. The lobby of the hotel is vast , as is the...

This hotel must have been quite the posh experience several decades ago. The floors are all polished marble, there's carved wood everywhere. It feels almost like a fortress. Despite that the room I was in was nice enough. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good water pressure and hot water. The wifi was a bit flaky at times, but...

This large labyrinthine hotel has a generally worn-out feel to it. The room I occupied was vast and rather dimly lit, but it was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The dining room, which is similarly vast, provided only a mediocre breakfast. Both the girl at the reception desk and the waitress in the dining room were positively surly, but...

I spent a wonderful three days in Salalah at the Hoffa with my wife and sister in law. The hotel is fairly old by Middle Eastern standards. The rooms are large and airy as are the corridors. The restaurant served very good meals. There was no alcohol available but a short drive to the Crown Plaza sorted that out. There...

Our room over looked long rows of coconut trees . The view was magnificent. Pretty big room with a large bath room but the bath room fittings were looking very old and worn out. Restaurant and room service was very good. Breakfast was a fine spread of continental and Indian dishes which we enjoyed.

I have been to Oman, Salalah last August 10 to 16 with the family. We were 7 and we stayed in Samharam Tourist Village in a two bedroom villa. The villa was clean and spacious and good for the money. Because we were out all the day and we come back only for sleeping It was good choice rather than...

I wanted to try out the drive between Dubai and Salalah. There were a lot of ciritical complaints on the road to Salalah but all that is so wrong. In any case I booked through Agoda and got a confirmation. The hotel 8 k.m from the moment you enter the city from the Highway. The saroundings are calm and I...
