Went with my girlfriend for the tasting tour and had a blast! Our tour guide Cesar is incredibly passionate about coffee and had no issues in responding to all of our questions. 10/10 recommend to do the tour as you’ll learn everything about their specialty coffees! Tasting part was great too and it finishes with a free dessert and coffee from the cafe :)

I went to Boquete had reservations for another hotel (Boquete Garden Inn) and conditions there were totally unacceptable. We called Finca Lerida and they had two rooms available on short notice and we were able to be accommodated. What a relief! The reservation person actually gave us a discount on our two room also! Outstanding breakfast was included. Fruit, coffee, tea and different options such as omelets to order, pancakes, waffles both with protein options. We actually fed the beautiful birds with papaya and Pina pieces. The grounds were exquisite. Beautiful flowers and beautifully manicured. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The cafe had first rate coffee and flavorful cakes and muffins. their dining room was beautiful for dining inside and outside. Rooms were very comfortable with very nice bedding and relaxing showers with personal bath robes. WiFi was very good and we enjoyed it watching movies while swinging in our personal hammocks. Hummingbirds and other colorful beautiful birds were everywhere. They also have a colorful peacock on premises. My mother from the US really enjoyed her stay. I also left with several bags of their best tasting coffees in Panama.

This is the worst hotel experience ive had in my life. If youre someone who appreciates details you will be very dissapointed here. The checkin process was uncomfortable, we got here with heavy rain and the staff did nothing to accomodate us. We had to get really wet to get the stuff from the car to the room. When we got to the room the window was open and couldnt be fixed so the temperature was really uncomfortable. The rooms are really tacky and poorly designed with little maintenance done over the years. They say they have wifi and it doesnt work which killed my plan as I came to work from here a few days. The manager offered me a free meal for the wifi problem. Dont waste youre time and money staying here.

We stayed at Finca Lerida for 3 days -- hoping to do a bunch of birding but also wanting to be close enough to town to go there everyday for shopping/meals if we wanted to. First, the people at the front desk and the restaurant were always really helpful. Sometime language difficulties made things take longer but it all still worked out well. The room was nice and spacious. The bathroom was big with a nice jacuzzi that we sadly never got to use. It did end up with a bunch of moths every night-- and a scorpion once but things like that are expected when you are out in forests (and coffee plantations). The restaurant had good food -- good enough that we went back to it more than we expected. It was somewhat expensive but worth it, especially because of the birds you could sit and enjoy. The grounds are great and we had a really good time birding with Cesar, who was our birding/grounds guide one morning. All in all, I'd recommend the hotel -- great base for birding in the area!

First time staying in Finca Lerida, but friends recommended it! It was worth it! Haven't been in Boquete in a while and was amazed of how developed it is. Starting from the road which is a 4 lane road all the way from David (which you can arrive from Panama City by airplane) or if you come all the way by car. I read the hotel offers transportation if booking in advance. The hotel is located on the top of the mountain with nice views and if you love nature is A+, surrounded by coffee trees because the hotel is also a coffee farm is quite magical. They have hiking trails in which you learn about the coffee specially the Geisha Coffee which is famously known around the world and other type of coffee beans that the farm produces. Also when you check in they give you a nice map explaining all the surroundings of the farm in which you can also do bird watching, see a natural waterfall and also take a coffee tour tasting which I personally recommend if you are interested in knowing more about coffee or if you are a coffee lover. The hotel is small but cozy. The room was spacious, stayed in a Junior Suite perfect for 4 adults. The breakfast is delicious, obviously the coffee is great. The have a full time restaurant with and amazing view, bar and coffee shop which offers also delicious desserts, coffee to drink and to buy as souvenir and craft beers. Love my stay with my family and hope to come back soon!
