We were welcomed and made to feel at home immediately. We were given great recommendations for where to eat and whilst we were out the lovely owner went and bought our train tickets for the next day and organised a taxi for us! The room was clean with a very comfy huge bed and soft sheets. Breakfast was fantastic fresh...

"My house is simple, but managed with a lot of love," are the owner Jenny's own words. And they are very true. And if she wants to convince you to stay at Casa de Felix in Llanchon instead of the touristy experience at Isla Amantí, just say yes. She will help you organize everything. Felix will help you over to...

My most wonderful holiday lived in the Puno , with the gentle , loving care of Jeny in your Posada Kusillos . a pleasant , cozy atmosphere with personal attention . The day I arrived was a little high and wide to the owner in person greeted me with a coca tea and was attentive to my discomfort . The...

I don't know where to start in reviewing this amazing guesthouse. From the moment you enter Kusillo's Guesthouse to one of Jenny's homely hugs,to the day you check out to another one of Jenny's hugs you instantly feel like this is your home away from home. I'm not sure why Puno isn't more of a tourist destination. I was just...

We stayed here two nights and were probably annoying guests--we arrived late in the evening and ended up leaving both mornings very early. Nonetheless, Jenni was incredibly generous and helpful to us, getting up early to fix us breakfast, helping us arrange transportation, and making sure we could do laundry. The hotel is quite humble and in a slightly odd...

We stayed for three nights in a double room. Our first experience of Peruvian hospitality, coming from Bolivia, and it was a good one! The owner Jenny and all her family were the most friendly, caring people ever! Every morning we'd get a hug from Jenny and she helped us with everything we needed. The room was nice, very clean,...

We were recommended to stay here by people we met in Cusco. They raved about how sweet Jenny was and what a wonderful experience they had. They were right about Jenny! Upon arrival we were given information about the area and were even brought hot tea. We left the next morning to stay on a floating island and then stayed...

We stayed here for three to four nights way back in November 2007. Even though it was a while ago, Jenni and her hotel would still be the same - I could bet money on it!! - Even though it was so many years ago now, I will NEVER forget how much of a beautiful person Jenni (the owner) was....

We stayed in room 3 for two nights. Puno is high and the air is cold at night, but the beds were cozy with plenty of blankets and the shower was hot. The room was quiet making for a peaceful sleep. The common area is lovely and homey. Jenny is incredibly welcoming and went out of her way to book...

I was incredibly impressed by the hostess and family that runs Kusillo's Posada. They went above and beyond to help us with our stay in Puno. Jenny is energetic and bubbly, dishing out hugs as you make your way out to explore in the morning and excited to hear all about it when you return. Breakfast was delicious, home-style with...
