Ended up here for one night, owner very helpful, good wifi, but the slight malodour from the bathroom and an issue with the hot water (plenty of it but the taps were strange!) led me to think the infrastructure is old! There was a damp feel to the place too. Location was fine.

This hotel was fine for me. I manage to deal the room 10 less than what they asked me. It was quiet (2nd floor) the bed was comfortable. I did not had breakfast there, they offer free coca tea (you'll need it). The big downside was not hot shower and Puno is cold.

Nice staff, always with a smile on their face. Cheap and clean. Hot shower and big room with mirrors and drawers. A short walk to the main plaza. No breakfast included but there is plenty of nice restaurants nearby. You get good value for your money. Very good WiFi in our room!

This was one of the least pleasant places we stayed at in Peru. We were given a room on the ground floor by the lobby and it was extremely noisy. The room wasn't anything great and the beds were very uncomfortable. We also had no window and the heater didn't work so it was extremely cold. Would not recommend.

This hotel is a good option for low budget travelers; we paid 50 soles a night for a matrimonial room with private bathroom. The bed was comfortable, the room clean and the staff was friendly enough. The hotel is well located, only a five minutes walk from the main place. However we were pretty cold at night. The breakfast was...

We found this place on recommendation of fellow travellers. A basic hotel near the central square, close to restaurants and shops, and straight walk down to the lake (about 20 minutes). Our large room (101) was clean and comfortable (although the bed sagged a bit in the middle). The hot water was a bit 'come and go' but very nice...

We arrived at this hotel following the advice of someone we met in the bus from Copacabana. Thanks to him we had a special price for a double room with tv and private bathroom. The hotel is located close to the city center of the not so nice city of Puno.

Without a doubt this is the worst hostel I have ever stayed in. From the minute we arrived there was nothing but trouble. The staff were rude and completely unhelpful. There was one particular moment whether we were unsure if we would catch our flight and asked for help and the response was "here you pay for bed only, no...

I recommend all of you to stay away from the hostel Tumi in puno. Pay attention that they offer this hostel in the bus terrminal and tell you lots of lies about the rooms. The owner of the hostel is a very depressed person and it is just so bad atmosphere there because of him and the rest of the...

We were moved from the Tumi 2 due to lack of hot water, lack of wifi though advertised and stone hard pillows. Pathetic service, especially the old matron running the place. Sorry this turned out to be more of a review about Tumi 2 as it is not on tripadvisor.
