We booked this hotel far in advance based upon its reviews and location. We wanted to see and tour Lake Titicaca. The hotel is well-located, the room was clean, and included breakfast. That's the OK part. There was no hot water. It was barely tepid at best. Hotel staff was incompetent. We had arranged with them to book us on...

This hotel is fine for a budget travelers. Rooms were clean but very run down. Bathrooms could have been cleaner and updated, but overall just fine for the value. Breakfast was plentiful and nice. Location was great, just a few steps from the plaza. The biggest negative was how noisey the room was, we had a street view and it...

Excellent location one block from the main square. Very good restaurant with local dishes such as lomo saltado, and good breakfast. Rooms have a very comfortable bed, hot water and basic amenities. We recommend the hotel.

Friendly helpful staff, several English speaking, walking distance to everything. We had room 308 opening onto central 4 storey light well with Harry Potter staircases. Large room , king bed, god wifi and adequate breakfast and restaurant for evening meal. Comfortable lounge areas on each level +bottom of internal courtyard. Enjoyed our stay.

Located couple of meters from central plaza, hotel has a great location. Room was big and clean. Bathroom had bubble bath (no use for a short stay visit). The problem with the room was windows.Seemed that if you touch it will fall down. You hear each single car signal, talk on the street. During colder night cold can easily get...

We arrived as part of a tour so no issues for us navigating the narrow streets of Puno, arriving by car yourself may be another thing altogether as I did not see anywhere to park near the hotel. The lobby and restaurant/bar area were very spacious and traditional showing Spanish/Latin heritage. There were elevators to all floors which is pretty...
