We choose this place because it was one of the few that said that it had a view of Titicaca, and it certainly did. The location is good and the price was reasonable. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The wifi worked without issue. One small point, I think that on this website or maybe...

Excellent greeting, treated like VIPs. Rooms clean and modern, very helpfull staff, breakfast is continental with option of scramble eggs. The location is good, only 100 meters from main square. (but its up a steep hill)

This place was a GEM! Antonio and Livia are so lovely and helpful. Without them we wouldn't have had a smooth transition from Puno to La Paz. The rooms are small but nice, clean and beds are so comfy!! Only a block from Lima Street the main hub, it is nice and quiet. I couldn't recommend this place enough. Right...

Very very warm welcome. Extremely warm staff. The price was very low and I was a bit worried of what to expect but the experience was great. Clean room and bathroom and good room size. It is not a luxury hotel but it has all the essentials and everything at its best. I would stay here again.

We just stayed the one night in Puno but the family running this hotel we very friendly and helpful. The owner came by taxi to meet us in the evening after a long bus ride from Chivay and take us to the hotel. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. They also put on a lovely breakfast for us...

We were welcomed warmly to this hotel and shown to our room. A view of Lake Titicaca and a 5 min walk from the main Plaza gave it the perfect location. The room is basic, but spotlessly clean and comfortable with free wifi and hot water all day (not bad for the budget price, especially with a perfectly decent breakfast...

Stayed at the hotel for a total of 3 nights. Antonio and Livia could not do enough for me. They even went out of their way to help me buy a jacket from their local market when mine got stolen from a bus. Antonio booked all my tours and took me in a taxi and dropped me to the bus...

We stayed at Kuntur Inn for 2 nights. There were some pros of this hotel, but overall our stay was very average, and I'd recommend looking into staying at some other places at a similar price range. Pros: - Good location, just 5-10 minutes from the plaza de armas and the main street with many restaurants - Friendly staff. The...

My sister and I stayed for two nights (December 28 and 29, 2011), and had only the best experiences. The B&B is located 2 blocks form Plaza de Armas, up the hill, 5-10min walk from the main tourist street. The location is quiet. Rooms are basic, but very clean, with spacious bathrooms, which had hot water, towels and soap. Unlike...

Friendly staff, but over-priced and money-oriented. For example: 1. It was cold so we requested for a heater in the room. The male owner promised on 1st night to provide one, but no actual arrangement had been made. Until 2nd evening the owner asked for 5USD for heating service! So we declined the request, and slept in a cold room....
