Decent hotel, rooms and bathrooms are well equipped and comfortable. Locker, hair dryer are available. The staff is friendly and helpful. Tea/coffee are available 24 hours in a corner at the reception. Noise from the corridor can be disturbing specially if your neighbors are going out early morning or coming late night. Wi-Fi is dicy in corner rooms.

After waking up in the middle of the night at our hostel elsewhere in Puno we needed to move to a nice place. For a booking rate of $35 this hotel looked like a palace. I was sick and needed a functioning bathroom and a nice space to recover. The front desk wasn't the friendliest but they were efficient given...

Room ok, clean and warm with hot water. The menu for the hotel restaurant looked good, and we arrived in the evening after a long journey, so up we went. Only to find a room full of disgruntled diners and just one waiter who had rather given up trying to cope. Result: one and a half hours for one bowl...

The service was exemplary. It was a lovely, clean and beautiful hotel that had staff who were always willing to help and made our stay extra comfortable. Room service was a treat that we hadn't had our entire trip until Puno and the range on the restaurant menu was satisfactory.

Terrible experience. Dark ,dank, ill ventilated, smelly rooms. Poor plumbing fixtures. No hot water!! I wouldn't go there ever and even though they say it's a three star hotel, I wouldn't give it more than a one star. It was booked through adventure world from Sydney via condor travels. I'd suggest check all the hotels and trips booked through them...

Was very nice to come to a place that was affordable, clean, and comfortable. I do not usually stay in hotels but at this point in my trip my friend and I felt it was necessary. If I come back to Puno I will stay here for sure.

My eternal gratitude to the staff of this hotel. By the time I arrived in their lobby, I had already fainted twice in an hour😟. My first day was spent in bed with about 8 different staff members rushing in and out of my room in the first hour of my arrival. They brought me oxygen. They ran to a...

Very nice hotel located just a few minutes from central square. Breakfast is very nice with fresh fruit juice. Room are quite large. Unfortunately some of them are without windows. Stayed twice and both good experience.

We had a nice quiet room on the ground floor, oxygen and coca tea were available in the reception area. Lovely breakfast, early enough for the various tourist bus outings. Staff very helpful. Good location for restaurants and shopping street.
