Pros: The room are great The breakfast is very good. The wi fi is fine. Cons: Owner is very annoying. He always bugs you when you are in the kitchen. Also accused me for breaking something. No hot water. Don't book your trips with them (they will just lie to you). They only occasionally answer the bell and open the...

A good breakfast and a kitchen where you can cook your own meal. Very good wifi! The hostal is in a quiet street very...

We booked a trip to the lake titikaka with a night in a host family on the lake included. So we just wanted to drop our luggage at the lake hostal. They took our luggage and locked it in to a small room. So we felt safe. But the next day we went back to grab our luggage and the...

Booked by recommendation of a tour operator in Arequipa - price and location was good (a little bit of the main path but one reaches the city center and all the restaurants in 5 minutes walking). The hot water did not work in the room on top and when asked, the staff said I should try later - no luck....

My friend and I arrived early from Cusco and needed a place to stay for cheap. A man suggested this hostel and it was a fantastic choice. The owner is one of the nicest people you will meet and is in a great location. I would highly recommend this place, best bang for your buck!

We got the price 15 soles per night through one guy's introduce at the bus terminal. The room is clean but usually has only cold shower. In the beginning the owner is very friendly. But when he knows we will go Uros island by our self instead of join the tour. He became out of patience and even complain we...

The hostel itself is quite good, providing the basics, even en-suite bathrooms, which are working properly and as expected, with no issues. The kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs. The breakfast served was excellent. The owner, even though he speaks practically no English, is very friendly and helpful, eager to help even in mixed broken English and Spanish....

Lake hostal is simply a great place to stay in Puno. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The owner and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious, and the kitchen (available for guests to use!) is the best I've seen so far in a hostal. I would definitely recommend this place!
