Stayed here for two nights on our visit from Cuzco to Lake Titicaca. The room was clean and comfortable. The food is excellent - breakfast has plenty variety and the evening meal we had was awesome. The views over the lake are lovely and it's worth a walk along the Hotel pier. We found the staff very helpful and friendly....

Stayed here whilst visiting Titicaca. Stunning views of the lake and lights of Puno. Hotel has private jetty for tours. Some rooms should be avoided - like those facing the road and the lakeside ground level rooms. The former is noisy and the ground level is too "public". The walls can be thin so you can hear your neighbours' TV...

The most stunning thing of the hotel: the rooms in front of the lake, you could sit there and watch how the lake changes colors during the day. A nice terrace good for a sunbath even in winter (terrace is protected from wind ). Staff very helpful ( my husband had "soiroche" - altitude sickness and they helped in every...

We stayed here for one night of our honeymoon while visiting Lake Titicaca. It is a 5 minute taxi ride from the main downtown area. Upon arrival the staff was very nice and helpful. The porter brought all our bags to our room and then showed us around our room. We had a balcony overlooking the lake and an electric...

Stayed for 2 nights prior to Cuzco and Inca trail. Warm, comfortable room, small but well appointed. Shower was a bit of a disappointment, poor flow and lukewarm water. Friendly staff, excellent service. Restaurant of very high standard with friendly, professional staff and quality food. Many thanks to the breakfast chef for approaching my table and asking if I had...

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which features a nice location removed from the bustle of the town (but not inaccessible via a short cab ride). The staff was very welcoming and helpful, particularly Jesus and company, who somehow delivered the cell phone that we left in our room all the way to Urubamba. What a lifesaver!

We stayed for 2 nights at the Casa Andina Hotel while we experienced Lake Titicaca. The hotel which was located just outside Puno and overlooked the lake was peaceful and comfortable. We'd certainly recommend the hotel to visitors in Puno.

A most agreeable small hotel.Friendly welcoming staff.Bedrooms a decent size, clean and comfortable.Beds satisfactory.Bathrooms spotless.Quiet. Nice indoor communal area where you can have a drink and,if necessary some oxygen (altitude here is over 3800 metres). The outdoor dining/communal area is particularly attractive and overlooks the lake. Firmly recommended.

Very well located with great views out over the lake. You must make sure you get a room with lake view. Boat trips can be organised to leave from the Hotel's own pier. Presumably everyone does a boat trip but if you have any doubts, do at least go out to the floating Uros islands which are amazing. The room...

Very nice place to stay and is located on the water of Lake Titicaca. Wait staff was very polite and professional. Rooms very clean and the food was excellent. Only complaint was Internet (at hotel computers) is very slow and wifi is slower. Would definitely recommend.
