We had an overnight stay Hotel 45 extension last Apr 7-8. It looks good from the outside but not on the inside. We stayed in room 409 while my friends were in room 406. It smelled cigarette the time we entered the room. We complaint with there staff but they did nothing about it. The bed sheets were dirty. We...

The hotel and room are nice for the price you pay. Although its a bit dusty and their curtains are stained (not sure if they changed it), they have a water heater but the water is a bit weak. It'll take some time before you are totally rinsed off. But I think it's enough for a place to stay to...

Looking for a (better?) place to stay? Basically near to the center of action. Located near SM Baguio (stone throw away) and just stepssss away from Session Road. Been there for a weekend break. Arrived in Baguio in wee hours without plans. Just to unwind and relax. The hotel doesn’t need reservation. Rooms are available fortunately. (But is would also...

We stayed at the Extension. We found the combination of location and price to be very good, convenient and easy on the budget. We were looking for a decent place to sleep in at night while we roam the tourist spots during the day. The reservation and front office staff were courteous and accommodated our requests except for a minor...

We stayed in the Hotel 45 extension, it was a budget friendly hotel, good enough for those who only needed a decent place to stay for a couple of nights where you spend most of your Baguio stay wandering and going to the tourist spots. The breakfast is a plated meal, you get to choose from their selection of silogs...

Cleanliness leaves much to be desired. If you are not really very picky about cleanliness and service, then this hotel is recommended especially since it is near the city center (just a few meters away from Session Road and SM Baguio).
