Starwoods Hotel needs to renovate their rooms, stains on the wall and it has a moldy smell. The pillows are dirty white and upkeep of room is poor i saw a used cotton buds on the headboard of my bed. The only saving grace is the restaurant which serves affordable meals. Staff are also helpful. I hope they improve the...

The hotel needs a lot of cleaning, repainting, & repair inside-out of the hotel. Curtains definitely need washing as well. Window locks & cabinet doors are defective. This hotel is the nearest to my business coverage hence, I keep coming back here. Major cleaning & renovation are badly needed.

Generally average in its offering of accommodation and good enough for their food. It also offers you quite a thrilling experience which is normal when visiting the ghost city of baguio. We just have some creepy horror experiences while staying for 2 nights here. But overall good enough for budget travellers.

White taxi cost 50 pesos to town center. You can stroll down along Kisad road northward with Burnham park on your right. As per hotel itself, Our rooms...
