The two Rooms we rented for a night were Hot since they had no air conditioning, Showers water pressure was very low with no hot water and we had no Wi-Fi signal for our whole stay. By reading other reviews this seems to be a problem before. Other than that the location near the mall is great, the rooms are...

Thank you for your constructive comments. We use ceiling fans in our hotel so that guests may experience the real Baguio weather. We have replaced the tank to address all our plumbing and water pressure issues. Wifi is available in the common areas, but we are speaking to our service provider for a stronger connection. Thank you for choosing Casa...

Loacted near session road and 50 steps away from SM :). You can just walk to the market to buy pasalubong and see Burnham Park. Easy access to Fish N Chips, Volante,Pamana and Hawaiin BBQ Foodies. The place is near the 24/7 store and Mami Noodles made from Taiwan( just incase you want some warm "sabaw". They also have a...

The best hotel to stay in Baguio City!.. For a solo traveler like me this suits my taste because of their elegant room even it's just a economy type of room.. I also love the Thai seafood curry that they offer.. the best.. keep it up..

The hotel has a good location, near SM Baguio and Session Road. It is also in the same area as Cinematheque and Mt. Cloud Book Shop. You could also get a massage at the nearby North Haven Spa. However, the hotel facilities are quite old, and the room has a stuffy smell. We could also hear traffic from outside since...

Casa Vallejo is a hotel that also houses a great restaurant, spa, library and cinema underneath it. The rooms are very quaint but adequate and the place feels like a challet with its cabin-like interiors. The Hill Station restaurant located right beneath it serves the most divine breakfast and desserts all at good rates. The spa connected to it gave...

Has a woody ethnic 19th century English (oops ! American) flavour all over the place. Very courteous and prompt service, with a traditional Philipino friendly smile. The rooms are cosy (a little cramped if I could say so but comfortable). The valley facing rooms have stunning views of the pine forest. The restaurant has wonderful views as well, the quality...

As a guest you can't question the customer service as all the staff are very helpful, accommodating and friendly. They will try to accommodate your requests as much as they can. Note that the Hill Station restaurant located in the hotel is not owned by Casa Vallejo but you would not notice as the service of staff from both are...

Location is tops, customer service is great :) they even give you a card that allows you to have your 10th night free. There is more than ample parking available. I can spend hours in the bookstore! Will surely return and recommend.

My husband & I stayed here after our wedding to relax and experience the cold weather. Place is very convenient near SM City walking distance to session road and Cathedral. I would certainly recommend you to stay here, they clean your room everyday.
