Downside: *Overpriced in terms of facilities. No AC-only electric fan. The weather was cold outside but the room was hot so we didn't sleep well. Dont stay there during summer. *Good side: *Breakfast was good. *Staffs were nice and accommodating.

We were a group of 5 (3 adults, 1 kid and my 9mos old baby) when we stayed here. The path way going to the hotel fromt is quite narrow and a little steep. They have nice parking area underground. We opted to avail their standard room that has a queen size bed and a sofa bed which was enough...

Stayed here with two couples for two nights, and just the two of us for two more nights. Pros: The staff is so friendly and helpful, from waiter to duty manager everybody is willing to go out of their way to assist you. A special mention goes to the on-duty nurses Meg and Ray who were of great assistance when...

We were in a room with a balcony overlooking the entrance driveway. The room looked tired and really would need some renovation & a change of furniture. There was water leaking behind the water closet. I alerted the housekeeping and somebody came right away to have a look. The plumbing staff followed and asked if repair could be done the...

I booked 3 nights stay one of the biggest hotels in Baguio (not to mention the name) and my husband didn't enjoy our stay because the room is not okay to us and was not comfortable. I tried contacting my nephew and he recommended Azalea Hotel. As their title says "holiday haven" in our last one night stay I really...

Azalea offers several choices for accommodations, all of which include basic kitchen amenities. They have well-trained staff all looking to make your stay as smooth as possible. this is a cozy hotel that answers all the needs of a transient traveler. The added bonus is its location- when you get inside, it's as if all the 'busy-ness' disappears.

We had a 2BD which was tidy and clean. Buffet breakfast was worth getting. Everything was just great. My grandson fell and the Staff Nurse, Cheryl, attended him. All of the staff were attentive with a warm smile. The hot water in the shower was on and off, and the pressure was low, but it was ok. We will recommend...

The accommodation was perfect, the food served for breakfast were to be desired. We love the daily change of breakfast menus served. We love the local sayote leaves with bagoong. Wish you have better road access to the hotel.
