We stayed here for the holidays and the gorgeous and accomodating staff greeted us. The lobby is not as bad , though the location is a bit far from the restaurants and parks. This is a budget friendly hotel, got the standard room with a fan on it. The room is a bit small but the hot water is working... More

I was given a room that was fronting the road (which was quite busy even until late in the evening). What greeted me was, quite expectedly, the noise from vehicles passing by. Instead of enjoying the cool Baguio weather, I had to close the windows and turn on the airconditioner just to lessen this distraction. The room was quite outdated,... More

Had to stay here for 2 nights on business as it was a last minute trip. The rooms and bathrooms were dirty. The beds were extremely tiny and the pillows were so flat you were better of using your bag as a pillow. No air-conditioning also in our room. I will avoid this place if I can.

We had our training-seminar held at the Marco Polo Function Room last June 23-24. Several of our participants were also housed at the hotel. A week before our activity, I dropped by the hotel to check our reservation. I asked the lady at the front desk if we have reserved the Marco Polo A and B Function Rooms to our... More

We are sorry to hear about your experience during your event. Based on our investigation, there was inquiry if the function rooms were divided by a partition and we answered to the affirmative. We apologize if we did not make this clear enough. On June 23rd there was another group confirmed to use the other half of the hall and... More

5 minute walk away from SM Baguio and more importantly session road where the Cathedral and the best restaurants are located. We went there during Holy Week and need not worry of traffic and parking. Looking for a straight up no frills hotel with clean rooms and great service? This is it. On my last business trip to this hotel, I was so glad of their service that I started considering recruiting their staff to work for my company.
