You pay for an expensive room because you want to relax and enjoy the amenities that El Cielito has to offer but you ended up disappointed. Their room is quite spacious however, no b' day on the toilet, the tissue paper is only good for one use. They're not even going to change the cover of the bedsheets when we...

Stayed as part of our tour of Luzon. Originally booked a suite in the new wing but changed to the old wing due to constant noise of the kitchen fans. Old wing suite was ok and quite comfortable. Meals were reasonably good served and supported by friendly staff.

The hotel is located very close to SM Baguio and Session Road. When you are booked here, you can leave your car in the basement parking and do some fairly good walking to enjoy the weather although the streets are quite busy during the day. The hotel needs some repainting on it's facade but the interior is quite homey and...

We stayed at this hotel during the peak season so as expected rates are expensive. The hotel is quite old but the lobby is nice and clean. The receptionists are very warm and accommodating and fast. We were booked at the 2nd floor facing the street. The room has aircon which we didn't use because it was cold during that...

We stayed in this hotel for 3N/4D. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. There are 2 areas in the hotel, the newly renovated wing and the old one. My sister had the deluxe room with 2 queen beds and 1 extra. The room was very spacious and definitely more luxurious than the old wing. I chose the...

We went to Baguio with no reservation and decided to just get a hotel when we get there. The rates are reasonable.. not cheap but not too expensive. Its location is near Session Road which makes it accessible. The rooms are decent. The restaurant has also some nice meals to offer. I don't mind going back to this hotel if...

It's not a 5-star hotel but by no means a good hotel to stay for families looking for a place to stay in Baguio. Food is good (buffet although limited choices unlike other big hotels), room is spacious enough for a family of 4, with WiFi and cable TVs. Nice location because it's just walking distance from SM Baguio and...

Staying at El Cielito is not okay. I have a room in the old section of the hotel and .... Staff are okay, else, this hotel would get a terrible rating. They have a lot of interns who are on training... Cons: Room is cramped and tiny. Mattress is old, lumpy and uncomfortable with no cover, attaching picture of it...

It is an old hotel but with extended with a new wing with new rooms. I was given an old room. It was kinda creepy because of the old furniture inside the room. It has no air con but with a large ceiling fan. My room has flat screen small TV. The buffet breakfast is good. The hotel has enough...
