The interior is a little on the dark side, literally. Not at all updated nor well-maintained. Overall, it's just good enough for the price. The location is between the multi-line bus station and the Baguio public market. Plus the staff are very friendly.

Staying at Prime Hotel is not bad at all... Aside from it's reasonable room rates and friendly staff, it's location is the best! You can just walk to see tourist spots in Baguio from the Hotel. I was able to saved fare and buy snacks at the grocery store beside the hotel. The room are simple but wide. I like...

Pillows are small and not comfortable. And the sheets are red with stains from I don't know what. It seems this place hasn't been renovated since the 70s, it's about time it should be. I just stayed because of the location since I'm pressed for time.

The location is perfect, rooms are okay but large, service is nice except for the towels that took forever when we requested for it, breakfast is great, courteous staff too, upon checking in, pick the non aircon room 5th floor preferrably, the view is awesome. Will stay there again? YES.

Me and my family stayed in the family room. They asked us what we prefer: an air conditioned room (without a veranda) or a room with an electric fan only but with a veranda. Since generally, the climate in Baguio is cool, especially since we stayed there from January 4- 8, 2012, we chose the one without the air con...

So I walked in, noticed no air conditioner. Tv was ancient. Opened the window and can't see jack. Go to the toilet, what the hell - no toilet paper (not even a hose or bucket - imagine if you had to go), no soap or any toiletries, no bath mat, there were 2 sets of slippers with 4 different colours...

On the day that we check in the hotel, theres no available room but only on the 6th floor. I have no choice but to accept it because i was so tired at that time and i want to relax. At around 2 am, somebody knocking on my door, and when i open the door, nobody is there! And at...

we stayed here primarily for the location as its in the heart of the city. a fastfood chain on the lobby, ukay-ukay just across the street, a street away from Burnham Park and a few blocks away from the Church and mall. the room was clean. the restroom was ok- though they need to improve their water heater especially on...

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that it is located at the heart if the city. Just outside the hotel is Session Road, which is the prime commercial road in the city. The rooms of the hotel are below average in quality. Plus there is an unpleasant smell that I cant describe. For the same...

My wife and I stayed 3 days. The location is by far the main reason to stay here. We could easily walk/take taxi to many attractions. The staff was friendly. As for the hotel itself, the room smelled, the mattress and pillows were made of foam. Truly not the most comfortable bed. The shower had hot water but it was...
