Stayed here for 4N. loved it every bit. Fast moving elevators, higher floor room is not an issue when you have 6 lifts/elevators. small coffeeshop at ground floor, decent menu. Swimming pool is the best part. even in rainy weather one can swim as it is partially covered but still has open view on the corner. The room service is quick and they provide one car parking with one room booking which is a luxury in Makati

The staff is absolutely friendly. Location is convenient. The drink in roof top bar were made nicely. But the facility of these hotel is just horrible. It seems they just try to cut cost on everything. The wifi will automatically be logged out on your phone when it is locked/unused. The room fridge was not cold AT ALL. Shower water was not hot enough. Breakfast buffet was the worst thing!!!! Never has such limited variety breakfast in an 5 star hotel and the limited food equality was not so good either. Me and my husband barely eat anything for breakfast, we just paid and walked away.

sobrang panget ng service!!! i thought sa frontdesk lang pati pala sa spa and even sa dinner buffet!!! napaka konti ng food walamg kwenta and also service nila sobrang bagsak kung possible bigyan ng 0 RATE un ilalagay ko!!!! Upon checking in, staff were having a hard time finding us the confirmation whereas we already showed the booking we had online. We did a direct booking online and they weren’t able to find it. We waiting for 30 mins for them to find it on their system. I tried showing them their reference number from BPI and they’re still trying to look for confirmation. When we got to the Sauna reception, they also told us that they can’t find our room number. After the Sauna, we asked their staff on Onsen where we can book a massage. Told us to go back to the lobby, but the lobby receptionist told us to go earlier upstairs. Seems like they don’t know where to lead their guests. The dinner was bad as well. The food is not fresh, some food were already cold. Not worth the price for the quality. Next day, checkout, we were trying to get the complimentary dessert because it’s our Dad’s birthday, when we asked around dinner time where will we get the complimentary dessert, they told us that it was already closed. But when we’re trying to claim it upon checking out the next day, they told us to go to the 4th floor, so we did, seems like the staff are clueless what is the complimentary dessert and they’re asking each other. We were already pissed so we just left and did not claim the dessert. We already tried booking here before but the service wasn’t this bad. …

Love the onsen, spa and its modern vibe rooms! The acrylic pool is amazing. Love the fact that I can go to steam and onsen pool whenever I wished to. Breakfast is okay. It rained when we went to antidote bar nevertheless the view at the top is magnificent.

Nice place to relax and eat good food. Package is already inclusive of onsen spa so it's really a great deal. Very friendly staffs especially Ms. Grasya who promptly accommodated all our room requests. We'll definitely come back!

Great hotel in Mataki financial district. Lovely swimming pool on second floor that you can use even if raining. It’s a surreal experience with the traffic below. Great breakfast. Very modern room and facilities.
