It might be difficult to find this location without GPS or Waze but it was an amazing stay overall. I didn’t get a chance to do a review on booking.com due to a promotional offer that I had. I love how accommodating the reception is even though I checked-in at midnight due to another flight delay I experienced. The room was amazing! The bathroom, bathtub, special discounts, complimentary breakfast, customer service, etc. Everything I needed for a vacation is here. There’s also a nice origami piece on my bed which is a nice simple touch and I do appreciate small efforts like that.

This hotel is our of the main Malaki town and its very inconvenient in many ways. If possible don't stay here and the plated breakfast for what you pay is not worth. Compare to the previous hotel we stayed in and the price we paid for 2 nights, I wouldn't stay here again.

I have now stayed 3 times at the hotel. Room massive and bed very comfortable. Food in the restaurant well prepared and reasonably priced . Good selection of breakfast items. Good location with easy access to both airport and PITX I will certainly use it again if staying in Manila

My girlfried has had to stay in Manila, due to requirements for work. She had to be a specific location, and I happen to stumble across this place on google maps, and thought why not try it. Firstly, ht eonly flaw I have about this hotel is the wifi. If you need wifi, DO NOT STAY HERE.. Thats it. Outside of the wifi issuee, I cannot flaw tihs hotel, nor say anything negative about it. My girlfriend had to stay here for a total of 16 nights, and the hotel was super amazing to stay at. The services are great, the facilities are amazing, however, this is the most important thing. I have been working in the travel industry for almost 19 years, and th customer service that my girlfriend has recieved, will rival any 5 star hotel. Knwoing that my girlfriend is travelling solo, the staff ensured they went aboe and beyond, to ensure that she is comfortable, safe and happy. Staff every morning had her "vip" table ready for her and would monitor her, to ensure that she was being harassed by guests during breakfast. They made sure to always have a conversation with her, and although I was not with her, knew everythinhg about me, like I was an inhouse guest. One of the female security staff even cooked a home cooked meal for my girlfriend, and took it to her on day, so she can have a home cooked meal. There was even an issue at the hotel, involving my girlfriend during her stay, and the hotel was onto it immediately, and removed her from the situation, and she would also have staf shadowing her at times ,ensuring her safety. I have made somany friends at this hotel, without having ever set foot there and I cannot thank the hotel enough for everything that they doid for my girlfriend. I wish I had al the staff members names, to individually thank them all, as they deserve a special mention individually too, but I dont, so apolgise for that, but I will thank Mel, as he was amazing from day one, and he ensured my girlfriends comfort, safety and happiness from the moment she firstly checked in. Thank you so much Herald Suites Solana. Keep up the amazing work you do, and I cannot thnk you enough for everything that you have done for my girlfriend, and you should be extremely proud of your staff.

Stayed here for 3 nights mid December. Told at check in that pool was under maintenance. We would have booked somewhere else if we knew. Room was very big. Shower is IN a bath. Not easy. My biggest complaint is that the pillows were very smelly. I had to spray them with lavender which by good luck I had. The sheets and bed cover were VERY OLD and very grubby. Felt horrible. I asked for replacements next day. They seemed to change the pillows but not the bed linen. Towels were very old. Didn’t smell fresh. I enjoyed dinner here on two evenings. They ran out of beer. The staff on the door are so lovely and kind and attentive. In November we stayed at The Manila Prince hotel. It was cheaper and so much better. Crisp white sheets, fluffy white towels and a swimming pool !!! Would not return to Herald Suites.

-I booked this hotel because it has a gym, swimming pool, and sauna. However, both on the night of our stay and the next morning, I could NOT use them because they were "under maintenance". There was no announcement of such precautions even at check-in. Furthermore, when we complained about this to the front desk on the night of our stay, they gave us a poor excuse that "they just closed early tonight, but you will be able to use them tomorrow morning." Then as a result, I could not use it the next morning either. -The hotel information in the room was also available in both English and Japanese, but only the English version was updated (especially for the important information about the shortened open hours of restaurant and room service). I think the fact that such important information is not updated properly is a cause of trouble. -The facilities and rooms themselves are clean, and while they appear/look to be high-class, the prices are not so high. I think it would be good for those who have visited the Philippines many times to use it for a "just" simple overnight stay. -It is located on the outskirts of Makati and is quite inconvenient. If you don't know the area and you are the one who visit Manila for the first time, I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel.

Rooms clean and well maintained, small hotel, reasonable swimming pool, not much equipment in the gym, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast barest minimum but ok. Food in general is acceptable, location of hotel is poor, taxis cannot find it. Overall for the price it’s a good choice.

The room is so big with sofa and bath tub. Location wise was fine as its far from busy area which you can sleep peacefully without hearing car noise. The food was great and serving size was great, specially in breakfast they have set menu and complimentary fruits, cereal, bread and juices that you can get as much as you can.
