Firstly, not all the staff were rude, just as we left the guy at the desk was so unhelpful with helping us with our next transport. The other staff we met seemed really lovely. We booked to do the Taal Volcano tour through OMP, which was fine however 40 minutes into our drive and they call the driver to say...

We arrived at the hostel after an 11 hour bus ride and were extremely tired. Though there was a miscommunication about our reservation for a private room and we ended up in a four person dorm, our 2 night stay was very positive. The staff at the front desk are extremely helpful and friendly. One of the staff helped me...

Overall the staff were good. The noise levels inside the rooms was ridiculous, shower doors slamming, toilet doors slamming, so noisy. People talking in communal area hear in private room.. Guess it's a good place to stay if you go out and get so drunk you just pass out when inside..

My mate and I stayed in the twin room, which unfortunately was opposite the bathroom and next to the kitchen/lounge area. It was noisy at night with people staying up in the kitchen area and drinking until early hours of the morning (including the staff). The included breakfast was basic but ok for a hostel. The staff were friendly and...

Dormitary are not so big but very clean. People from the hostel are really kind and helpfull. Price is including one breakfast. They offer also few visits on Manilla or Taal lake. A real good adress for a stay of 1 or 2 days in Manilla.

Simple clean hostel in a really good location with excellent staff. Free breakfast and a free walking tour makes this a really good place to stay. Good safe location with lots to do at night and plenty of restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay here again

A good experience..friendly staff and Hostel owner. wonderful breakfast spread. Nice atmosphere. Downside..room was small without windows, quite expensive & equivalent to hotels in the neighborhood...need to walk the stairs to the 4th floor. Overall a good experience!

Spent three nights in their mixed 8 beds dorms. It is very nice place with extremely nice staff that will be glad to assist with any issue or question. The rooms are clean, always hot shower, wifi and basic breakfast. They also have free guided city tours which I didn't take but heard it's nice from other travelers. P.s. I...

Although this place is hard to find, it is totally worth it once we do! Entrance is through a tiny bubble tea shop and then up a few flights of stairs (thankfully there is also a lift!). The shared facilities are welcoming with a big table, lots of seating and breakfast every morning. The toilets and showers were very clean...
