I traveled internationally ( over 31 hrs by plane Buffalo New York to Manila ) . They treated my whole family horrible. They would not let my family stay after 2 hours in traffic to see me . The breakfast was a nightmare !!! To get coffee in the am you must wait for over 1 hour .called about 4...

The staff were really helpful, very polite and assisted us with everything we needed. Shame about the breakfast, just some lumps of chicken and white bread. The room is just ok, but I think for the price you could get a lot better. The BSA in ortigas was twice as good and cheaper! Maybe its just the location its in.

I stayed here alone a couple of weeks ago since I had to do some work in the area. The location is what this hotel has to offer, quite cheap if you ask me because it's near Greenbelt. It's more quiet also compared to other hotels in the area that I have stayed in.

We stayed there on and off for 2 weeks with my wife and son to be close to my wife's family who lives there. Overall: Well... Very inconsistent from one apartment to the next. Some units are nicer than others but none are modern or new enough to really offer the comfort that you would enjoy staying in more modern...

Stayed for two nights here since my office was just across the road. The plus to this hotel: Staff was friendly and helpful, and I was grateful to be upgraded to one bedroom premier as all the studio rooms were full. The room was thus spacious, and came with a living room and kitchenette; it would have probably been big...

service of staff was great, thanks to their very accommodating front office manager. very good location too. Safe for 1st time travellers, near the laundry, convenient store, bank, restos and mall. Breakfast was okay. Although the room we stayed in needs overall RENOVATION. The bathroom has cracks, faucet's not working properly, hot and cold shower was unpredictable, linens must be...

We visited my sister and her family checked in here because of my nephew's birthday, and we were immediately greeted by rude guards who were imposing questions like we were trying to tresspass inside the US embassy. Most of all they kept calling to remind us about the curfew and saying they have to charge 1400 per person if we...

Stayed here after reading other reviewers' comments. Great value for the location near Greenbelt, although check-in may be disorganized even with pre-paid reservations via Expedia or Travelocity. As others have said best rooms are on the higher floors and facing south toward the Greenbelt V Mall. All you will see on the north facing rooms are other buildings (until the...
