I had the most relaxing 3days. Very clean room, very courteous and kind staff. Always offering sincere smile. Amazing choices of breakfast.. a bit salty for some dishes but nothing two glasses of water remedy. Although ingredients are locally sourced and organic. Buffet breakfast every weekend. Thai restaurant within the hotel has offered us authentic Thai dishes. Impressive dinner I could see roasting pig within the buffet restaurant😉. Litson sarap for lunch?☺

On my check in dated Nov 24 No Bellman assisted me on my lagguage. On my way to my room a House keeping attendant consistently greeted me.. and asked me How a.m I doing. Simple Greeting Will provide positive reinforcements. Upon entering my room it has a foul odor I immediately called the front desk To my dismay No answer to my Call. So I went out to Find anyone who Will assists me: again the hose keeping assisted me. They put a spray on my room. The next day I tried to Call the front desk to request room make UP. But it kept on tinging So I just went out and Find the House keeping greeted me on my arrival. Again, They provided me the best Service I needed. Indeed, Jenlou and Cris- this 2 House keeping attendant provided me Great Service on my stay.

Staying in this Hotel is a nightmare, im currently check in for quarantine - since day 1 same food has been served everyday, it taste like a gradeschooler's recipe, no standard in preparation and presenstation- they are putting the food on one container with no division, its like eating inside jail. Meal is served very late, breakfast is served sometimes around 0930 and lunch as late as 3 PM, the phone operator doesn't address their guess as maam or sir. Rooms is terribly bad, i tried asking them for pest control because i saw cockroaches on my room. But no improvement. They do not supply new towel daily or beddings,...y entire stay in this Hotel is Horrible, its a nightmare Ps. Attached are the examples of the food served in this terrible hotel

I stayed here for it was my company's quarantine hotel choice before I leave again on to the next ship. For more than 2 weeks, until now I'm still in quarantine hotel that means money for the business but their services makes me wonder how It became a 5 star hotel. It's not my first time in a 5 star hotel as a seafarer and with my wife who is an international flight stewardest. we have experiences traveling to different countries and staying in a 5 star hotels. I hope the management will fix this for your future guests. “Customers don’t expect you to be perfect. They do expect you to fix things when they go wrong.” –Donald Porterif 1. just check in and when I reach my room the key card access to my door is not working so the staff came to check and said "it's low battery so I need to wait for the mechanical key" for more than 1 hour I'm outside my room waiting. 2. upon entering I was surprised there's no comforter in the bed and the room is too cold. I called the reception to request and she told me there was no available comforter. Shocking! 3. I need to take my medicine and because my food which is 3x a day is included in my accomodation stay then I have to wait to be delivered. The food is always delayed but today is the worst because our lunch arrived at 02:30 PM. I follow up several times at the reception, sometimes they don't answer the call, even if you call the operator, no one answers. 4. I requested upon check in for ′′NO pork and beef ′′ due to some health issues but they still gave me pork. I immediately informed my concern to the manager so she sent some bread and pasta just for me to have something to eat. (Thank u Ms. AL) 5. Very convenient stay during my quarantine for almost six days. I recommend the executive suite, because you have a bit more space for exercise in your room. Food is very delicious and the rooms are very clean thanks to Ms. R. A. Rosanna and her Colleagues. I really appreciate the effort of the Dusit Thani staff in Manila... Overall a great stay!
