Great value hotel situated in the heart of Makati on P Burgos Street. Rooms are comfortable and there is plenty of hot water in the shower. There are two options for eating in the hotel, the Filling station on the first floor decked out like a 1950's American diner, and Café Cubano on the ground floor which has seating inside... More

The hotel is good and the rooms are clean and it has a nice restaurant, but be warned a little about your surroundings. Burgos street is the red light district in Makati, its pretty safe but beware of women you talk to in a bar because in burgos they are all working girls, that being said its always a life... More

This is a nice hotel with accommodating staff and really nice and spacious rooms. Unfortunately the location of this hotel is in P.Burgos, a street in Makati famous for a degrading night club and lots of "workers" on the street. The position of this hotel is totally wrong, or else would be a great choice..

It is what it is.. This place has big breakfast included, clean comfy rooms, nice staff always happy to help..and a daily / nightly show of the red light districts funny characters. Not for families. Center of Makati so close to shopping and food. Will be back.

First time I've stayed at this hotel and are more than satisfied. Very clean, very quiet and great staff. The only thing should be that there is only one elevator, a bit annoying when ur in a hurry but everything else covers that ;)

I have selected the Royal Bellagio on multiple occasions and each time I have extended my stay. The hotel is located in the center of the edgy entertainment district in Makati where there is an adult-oriented constituency. I never felt unsafe in the area but am always cautious too. The hotel has an interesting vibe with its 24/7 elevator operators,... More

Staff seem pleasant is slightly disassociated with guests. Rooms are various sizes, comfortable beds, good location if its P Burgos you are looking for. Lobby however smells mustier and mustier each time one walks through it. Told the staff and got a strange look. Sigh. Thank you for the strange look. Bathtub not level so water runs around the edge... More
