My nth time to stay in this hotel since it opened several years ago. As impressive like before. I booked their basic accomodation but was offered the topmost floor in tower B. My previous stays were actuaĺly in tower A; however rooms were almost identical. Given the corner ròom that offers the BEST VIEW of Metro Manila, the cityscape is...

We have stayed at this condotel several times in the past and each time the rooms are less clean than before and things more run down. The primary reason that we stay there is because of its convenience to the SM MEGAMALL.

My daughter arranged for a staycation in BSA Twin Towers. We arrived after 2pm but we were only able to get the 2 rooms we reserved around 3:30 pm. The lobby was small and crowded, the corridors were narrow and we had to queue for more than 10 minutes for elevator. Good thing the rooms were nice, the beds, comfortable...

I was pleasantly surprised that the room looked so good and spacious, because the lobby and hallways were average-looking. The beds were comfiest! I slept soundly for all the nights I stayed. The bathroom is also clean. I was also surprised to learn that the free breakfast was buffet style. Though I've eaten to much better buffet, breakfast for me...

I love the location of this hotel, it is near every where. Near SM megamall. I love the the room because you can cook, they have a good kitchen with utensils. The facilities are good too, the pools are great. and the staff are very friendly.

Such an amazing place to stay in manila, great for family. But lots of things to improve like check in process and deposit procedure was a hassle for a family having a vacation. Most rooms also needs some maintenance now and reservation system needs to be improve, any request was hardly been entertained. We will be back and hopefully some...

I chose this hotel because I saw here on Trip Advisor that it supposedly has one of the best pools in metro Manila. In fact, there's one in each tower, and neither deserves any praise at all. Don't make the mistake I did. Towels are not provided at the pool, and there is no information given to guests that we...

The hotel receptionist was more than accommodating, both check in and check out were quick. I was asked to leave a deposit of 2,000 pesos which was refunded upon checking out. When I booked my stay, I had requested a large bed in a smaller studio, however, it wasn't available. As such, I was upgraded to a larger studio and...

We stayed here last April 2016 for my dad's birthday celeb. We purchased the Studio Deluxe but we were surprised that the room was more spacious than the picture on their website. Only to find out that they gave us a Studio Prime without additional cost! The breakfast buffet was okay. I think it was a bit overpriced for an...
