Our room was at the 11th floor with a great view!!! It was spacious and clean with two queen beds. The room was clean with water kettle and free coffee and tea and even a water dispenser with free filtered water on each floor. Great location with a nice view of Manila Bay and about 10 slow Minutes to walk to MOA. Many restaurants, coffee shops and small supermarkets near (and many even 24 hours). Super friendly and helpful staff. The hotel needs already some renovation to keep it up to date, but overall a great value for your money!!!

This hotel is right across the S Maison mall in the MOA Complex. The hotel is small and spartan but it offers a more competitive rates than the neighboring hotels. if you're out of the hotel most of the time, this hotel will fit your needs and your budget. Don't expect a 5-star experience but all the staff are very nice and helpful.
The swimming pool on the roof top is small.
The meals are delicious and the late night pork adobo room delivery is a great way to cap off your travels.
The hotel is clean and convenient to all the attractions in the Metro Manila area. The hotel lobby looks dated and feels like the AC is not on. The front desk staff are very helpful with questions about the area.

Summit Ridge Tagaytay is well-known for its clean, spacious rooms with stunning views, all set against a tranquil and opulent backdrop. Guests have praised the hotel's great value, which offers low rates without sacrificing stay quality. The center position is popular with tourists, allowing for easy exploration of Tagaytay's attractions. While the hotel's cleanliness and service are frequently praised, some guests have reported minor maintenance difficulties and service failures. Our Summit Ridge vacation is ideal for relaxation, family connection, and comfortable sentiments.It was a beautiful and great facility in terms of providing a pleasant accommodation, as well as a good outlook. Dont trust the charges they give you. I was charged with a room without breakfast... my friend who came after me was charged the same amount but included breakfast. We had the same type or room, same day and yet for some reason the front desk just decided to charge me and amount that should have included breakfast... but all they could tell me was sorry that was the rate i was given. Wtf is that??

We stayed here after new years with my family for about 5 days and just from walking inside the hotel lobby there is that fresh scent in the air that "just cleaned" smell that made us feel assured that disinfecting was a top priority there. The christmas ambiance was nice as well and the staff were all very accommodating. Especially Jermaine, the manager, he made it effortless from booking and attending to our needs, even made suggestions and recommendations with things that you don't normally get from hotels nowadays its the personal touch that made us really feel welcomed at this particular hotel. We wanted a room with a view and we got just that. Our view was beautiful and overlooked the Manila Bay. Food was good and fresh, especially the arroz caldo with the toppings :) And the inroom massage was icing on the cake! Not only did it make us feel at home away from home but safety measures were implemented throughout, giving us that peace of mind, especially since we travelled with kids. Overall, we would definitely come back and stay here again in a heart beat :)

We met up with some friends for a concert that doubled as our annual Christmas party. The room was large and clean, which was a pleasant surprise. You could take a hot shower if you wanted to. Millie's, located at the lobby, provides tasty, reasonably priced cuisine. Easy access to Ikea, Mall of Asia made it ideal for a stroll. The front desk attendant, Paolo, was extremely kind and accommodating, particularly when I asked for a spare key to my room. If we were in the area again, we would return without hesitation.

Nothing like in the photos it’s old looks like a jail and view terrible
Tried to change rooms staff said none available even thought all websites showed many rooms available

We had a 50th MCU BSN ‘75 Class Reunion.
@ Microtel Wyndham MOA on 2/1/25.
On 1/31/25 we had a cocktail party @ Microtel Roof top. We watched the famous Manila Bay Sunset. Excellent service from Millie’s Beverage Dept.

It was catered by Millie’s Banquet.
I want to thanks the team of Ms . Rio R. Sanchez
for delivering exceptional services to our reunion.
Keisha, EM-Em, Ricky , Paul , Ian, Ralp, Dana etc they went an extra mile to met our needs.

The hotel services were excellent.
I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone for it’s clean rooms fantastic staff and service ad food that makes you want to come back again and again

The shower is always clogged, I have to call for maintenance everyday we stayed here. The complimentary breakfast imwas not for all and it depends on your reservations. I offered to pay for the breakfast and the receptionist still want me to go to the front desk, and her facial expressions looks like you cannot have a complimentary breakfast here. The front desk said your room is only for promo, so what! I'm hoping to pay for my breakfast. It's a BAD SERVICE.
