We needed a place for our layover before flying to Cagayan de Oro City the following day. We did pick Mabuhay because of the location( staying away from any EDSA routes due to horrible traffic), & the reviews, Nice Filipino themed hotel .Very clean room, bed sheets & very clean spotless pillows & of course helpful staffs.

The location of your hotel is so vital, so close to the airport, MOA the 2 new casinos. Maybe the management need to look into renovations & invest their money on building up the place to 30 storey brand new hotel. Nothing to loose a very prime location.

Televisions are old and outdated (tube screens). Normally i would not care but I watched the Super Bowl in our room and it was kind of tough. Room is decent and the staff are very friendly. The food was delicious as well. The food was better than the more expensive hotels we stayed at on our trip. No safe in...

Place is very close to Baclaran church, Mall of Asia, airport and many more. It is our 3rd time to stay there with my family and we do like the place. And yes I do recommend the...

Room was affordable as compared to the others near the area, but quite pricey for the extra 2 person. Room is spacious... however some of the furniture seem to be old already and need replacement. Overall, it was fine. Great location too, very near MOA and other attractions.

We enjoyed our stay so much when we arrived that we stayed again when we left. The food was great. I loved the coffee and menudillio. The rooms were spacious and clean, although there was some wear on the flooring and other furnishings. I don't like the trend that this and many hotels in the area use of only powering...
