The room was okay size. The location of the hotel though is very good. It has restaurants, cafes and a 24/7 convenient store nearby. Shopping centres are also just a few meters away. There are only 2 elevators working and its very slow. The amenities are maintained properly. Gym is well equipped. The swimming pool is a nice place to...

Me and my SO have been frequenting this hotel as we enjoy its accessibility, comfortable beds, clean and well equipped bathrooms, and, when we get the chance, useful kitchenettes, This place is suitable for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life, without leaving the city! My only pet peeve is that their elevators...

We're here last April 15-16 (Black Saturday and Easter Sunday). Since it's holiday it is understandable that they were not able to accommodate our request for early check in. We were also advised to check out at exactly 12pm. My only comment is that, I wish there's available slippers, electric kettle for hot water, toothbrush and toothpaste for classic rooms.

Worst 4-star hotel i've been to. Room was very bad. Dirty and old. I would have given it a "terrible" rating if not for the courteous staff. Parking availability was great though despite the high occupancy.

Long lines in checkin and then put at a wrong room, good thing I checked first with Pat before I accepted the key and she changed right away. Crowded swimming pool with uncontrollable crowd that eats in the swimming pool (sigh). Small room. Small bed, thats not definitely not a queen hmmm. No microwave. Bad cable signal. Only 2 pillows...

That particular unit desperately needs repair and renovation. Stayed there 3 times in 3 months and it has gone downhill. I am going to insist on a different unit next time. Good value for money if unit has bare necessities: the fridge had been removed, toilet did not flush properly, and no pot to make tea or coffee.

I was very dissapointed about this hotel. The manager was very unprofessional and not helpful. It's not worth your money, so just stay elsewhere. The room was very very dirty and also the airconditioner was not working. The staff tried to fix and change it but it was still the same.

I booked for two rooms (Deluxe Queen Bed) with breakfast for an overnight stay to celebrate my son's first birthday and our wedding anniversary. Upon check in, I was courteously entertained by the receptionist and gave us only one room at first since the other room is still for cleaning. The other room we booked was made available at around...

We had a great stay in their 2bedroom suite and the view was spectacular from the 10th floor at night time. There were not too many restrictions. We were allowed to have our food delivered. The location was great. Walking distance to the malls in ortigas.
