This hotel seems to be somewhat over rated as it is just an average hotel for the area, nothing special. The room was ok - a little tired looking though. The free breakfast was fine, but don't have dinner at this place. I was with a birding group that stayed here for one night and we decided to have dinner...

We stayed overnight at Room 211. Airconditioning unit is placed quite low so it took some time to cool the room. There is hot and cold shower, TV, and toiletries. The service is good. No elevator, though. Our stay came with free native breakfast (the usual "silog" breakfast). The price is reasonable vis-a-vis its amenities.

This is not the hotel that you will expect amenities at par with the huge ones. But i have been staying in this friendly hotel for the past 10 years, my home in Davao City. Very friendly staff that you imediately feel at home, secured and situated in a major road area. transportation is not a problem then. price is...

When we checked-in to this hotel a strong perfume house cleaner was used to clean the entrance floor and it triggers my runny nose, i recommend them to use a house cleaner with mild scent. Room 218 has faulty aircondition and the cable tv has limited channels and no wifi signal in my room. But overall it is a recommendable...

Villa Margarita is a good hotel especially if you're out most of the day and you just need the place for a night or two (i.e. attending a conference, meeting etc.). It's accessible to major landmarks like the Abreeza Mall, Seda Hotel, Victoria Plaza, SMX Convention center etc. One drawback of this accessibility is the usual traffic/street noise. A little...

The guard on the front door was slept.. Sleeping with "zzzzzz".. although were trying to awake him but nothing happened "Manong Guard???-----> (-.-) zzzzz"....security FAILED! First time at...

I admire this hotel because it contains the 3Cs I look for when booking a reservation in a hotel. CHEAP. Buying a room for 2 (with additional bed, all free breakfast) doesn't cost you an arm and a leg. Plus, only a few extra services in the hotel are charged so you're assured that your stay is pocket-friendly. CLEAN. I...

This might just be the coziest budget hotel in Davao City. It's conveniently located near malls, food sources, the airport, places of worship, etc. You'll be taken cared of by the highly hospitable staff. They know what you need and want before you say it!

Villa margarita complements what Davao tourism offers. The location is near government offices and leisure spots. It is near SSS Building where our meeting took place as well as Abreeza and other malls, ATMs, schools and hospitals. The room is neat though a bit old. Hot and cold shower is reliable and other amenities in a room are worth the...

We had a good nights sleep in this place. It does feel like home when you enter the hotel.. The location is great, 5-10 minutes away from the airport and 150 meters away from Abreeza mall. There is also a convenience store nearby just a few steps from the hotel. Rooms were nice and clean and staff were accommodating, we...
