I was very disappointed with this hotel. We are looking for cheap hotel for just a night around the city. We checked Tripadvisor before going in this hotel, and it has vacant rooms that is only 800 for that day . But when we were in the hotel, the front desk told us that the only vacant room is the 1480php....

Location is good. Affordable. Room is spacious. BUT - They did not change the sheets! They smelled like slept on for a week by a sweaty man. The room is dusty. The small shower room had no hook for towels. As it was a five-bed room, we had to leave our towels outside and shout for another person to hand...

For the price paid and the good location-near church, park and City Hall plus availability of public transportation, the hotel is OK. However, a fresh coat of paint would do wonders to make the room pleasant.

Good for travellers. Accessible. Stayed for 3 days here. Staff are okay and helpful. Just need to improve on the following points: comfort room door is broken, not so clean bed sheets, room needs some repainting. Otherwise, our stay was okay.

Stayed at Royal House Inn and Suites. I was alone so I asked for a single bed room and was given the far right end at the 3rd floor. Room is fairly small. Barely able to move around with my baggages. Room has small tv with cable, single bed with side table cabinet, bathroom, towel, soap, (no shampoo), hot water....
