A nice and clean hotel with friendly staff and 24hr security. Friendly greeting by FD staff upon arrival, room was very clean with a good selection of complimentary items, nice big bathroom (wet-room) with glass but frosted walls which gave that modern feel and the housekeepers did an excellent job and were always greeting me in the hallways. Only complaints would be that aircon is rather loud and they tried to charge me 30 pesos for a teaspoon that the HK had cleaned but not replaced as I only needed one. I didn't care about the small fee but the principle of paying for something that wasn't me and arguing about it upon checkout at 5am is the reason for my 4 stars instead of 5. Regardless, great resort and would stay again =)

ABC Hotel is a perfect pick perfectly located in the heart of the city. Rooms are good size, mattress and pillows are very comfy, shower sometimes delivers good pressure, sometimes not... There is a flat screen TV with a lot of channels, a small fridge, a private safe vault and a kettle to make your coffee (bring ur own), 2 complimentary daily water bottles. Staff is smiling. Check-in was speedy. Prepare 1000 pesos for refundable deposit. They agreed to keep my big travel bag for 2 weeks while travelling Cebu Island on a lighter mode. Priceless. Next to the hotel entry is a laundry, a 7/11 like grocery shop and a great small eatery for breakfast. A Grab taxi cost me 350 pesos from airport.

Stayed one night on two seperate occaisons in between going to Bohol and Moalboal.
First room had lots of ants on surfaces and the shower had barely any pressure so I had to hold the shower head to my body to get any water on me. Apart from that it was good.
The second room we stayed in had no ants (yay!) and the shower pressure was definitely better. Good stay second time around.
Close to malls and shops and pharmacy etc. Staff are nice. Easy to get taxis to and from - we often said near Velez Hospital as earlier reviewers recommended and that worked.

We chose this hotel for its location as we were just transiting 1 night in the city, and for that it served its purpose. Value for money and location is spot on! Lots of restos/cafes within walking distance such as AA BBQ, Tales and Feelings, Tightrope Coffee and Good Cup Coffee (our fave!). Bed was comfy and they provide bottled water/shampoo/soap/toothbrushes. Water pressure was strong and hot water came on quickly. Took out 1 star because sadly the toilet did not have a bidet and we killed 3 small roaches during our stay... they were super tiny but still... roaches! Still, would stay here again if only for their proximity to Good Cup!!

My and my friend decided to spend a night at Cebu City before heading off to Bohol. We came across this cozy hotel located at the very heart of the city. We didn’t expect much since room rate is very affordable, perfect for backpackers like us. Much to our surprise this hotel exceeds our expectations. From our arrival time until our departure we are being assisted by their friendly staff. They made sure our needs are being met. The room is very clean from the floor to the sink, to the bathroom (which is my favorite by the way, because of its chic design). Bed is super comfortable, and they provide complete amenities as well (soap, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste). At the ground floor, you can find your basic needs since there is a 24-hour convenience store, restaurant and pharmacy for your immediate medical attention while on travel. There is also café, milk tea shop, massage spa, hair & nail salon, dental clinic and study center within the hotel building (at the 3rd floor). This hotel is worth every single peso we spent. It will definitely be our temporary home when we come back in Cebu again for a short vacation.

I'm glad I found the perfect place in Cebu City, also for short stopovers on future trips. Centrally located, within reasonable walking distance to many sights (otherwise Taxi is readily available). Very friendly and professional welcome by the front desk. Later at night they were so wonderfull and went out of their way, to help getting one of my lost two travel phones back, which slipped out of my pocket unnoticed during a taxi ride in Cebu City. (BTW, an honest founder returned it to me one week later, when I came back from Camiguin. Filipino people are so amazing, I can only love them for their kindness and honesty. Thank you all.)
But back to ABC: The rooms are modern, but cozy, well appointed and spotless clean. Well working A/C. Since the hotel is situated on a busy street corner, there is some traffic noise, but does not disturb sleep at night when the windows are closed.
Laundry shop and restaurants are just next door. As long myself is concerned, there is no need to search further for a better place - because I've found it already. ;-)

Two stays at ABC. The first was for four nights during Sinulog, and an overnight stay at the end of our Philippines trip. It suited us perfectly. The location was ideal - on the doorstep of all the celebrations but far enough away not be be bothered by traffic or noise.

The hotel is clean and functional. Very comfortable bed. Nice hot shower. Decent WiFi. Friendly staff.

A good base for exploring the city.

The location is an easy access to transportation, hospital, restaurants and mall. The rates are affordable and the rooms are clean. Staff are accommodating and available during wee hours of the night. Best part is their shower, as you can adjust it to your temperature.

Yes, had no problem with friends or guests visiting. It's only a couple of minutes walk from Mango Square, so easy walk back to after a relaxing cold beer. There's also a room safe if you're worried about your guest's light fingers.

Family room rate us P3,800 for 4 adults. You pay additional P500 for the 5th adult to pay for extra beddings for the sofa bed and toiletries. I am not sure about a child. Perhaps free
