Location is not a problem; grabcar can easily locate the hotel since it’s just along the road. It’s across Rianne Suites. We were amazed of how spacious their room for premier king; as well as the CR, it’s so nice and huge. There were 3 mirrors which i really love the most. It has complete room amenities. Plated breakfast but it’s fine bcoz the hotel rate is not pricey. It was almost perfect, not until we had a bad experience on the 2nd day which was Sunday, there’s NO WATER at all and we waited for almost 3 hours and we were almost late with our appointment. They failed to inform the guests ahead of time. Overall, it was still a nice staycation.

This place would have to be one of the most disgusting places my family has ever stayed at. The photos are just of the bathroom. Never again. The smell in the room was that of a dead dog. The bed was so uncomfortable and the bedsheets soiled. We complained at reception to upgrade however was told it could not be done. Service is non existent.

The staff are very helpful and the rooms were nice for the price. There is a cafe/restaurant on the 5th floor w/c is open from 6am-1pm and 6pm-9pm. The hotel is locates in the center of the city, very close to eateries and malls.

Hi! I am very satisfied with the service of the hotel staff that they rendered to their guests specially me,,, they are very hospitable in accommodating guests. Their rooms and facilities was great and also their meals was offered every morning.

I recommend this hotel at Cebu for it is cheap (the room accommodation is! But not the food. You have to pay for a service fee of P50 even though the staff just give it to you and walks away. So if you don't wanna pay P50, just eat at the Cafe located at the 5th floor) and clean. The staffs are all nice, the food is great and the location is at the Capitol. Just a multicab away from malls. We had problems with the toilet so they made us moved to another room but the room we moved in has problems with shower and all, so I guess we're gonna move to another room again tonight. But I rated it Very Good cos they are responding in our demands nicely and fast.

Well me and my partner stayed here and we found it better than the hotel we used to stay in. Some staff needs to smile more though. The ambience is great kind of fancy yet affordable. Well the shower needs to be repaired because the hot and cold water does not work properly. And the cr door's lock is broken(in our room). But all in all its a great hotel. And plus its close to some interesting places in Cebu City

Staff are very courteous and helpful, good location (city center). Breakfast is okay, except for the coffee which is in 3-1 sachet, they should serve brewed coffee or just plain coffee and not in a sachet.

the hotel has definatly an elevater, rooms were cleaned daily and it isnt expensive at all as I tried a backpacker hostel bevor which was less than 20% cheaper only! I would definatly recommend it for the price, but Chose upper floor(s) and rooms 9-12 on each floor!

The room is plain and dry! The rate is expensive! Breakfast buffet is just ordinary! My mom cooks better! The TV model is ancient! No elevators in this hotel, bad especially for Senior Citizens who have hard times in climbing stairs. One good thing about the inn is it's located in the downtown area. It is near Ayala Center. Another good thing is the WIFI connection is good! Plus the guard is also efficient in finding a taxi cab for its hotel guests. Good job! I think the hotel needs further renovation to keep up with the competitors.

Cheap rates. Room cleanup should be done daily. They didn't clean our room during our 3-night stay. They didn't even take out the trash. Poor wifi. Below average breakfast "buffet". Guard was friendly though. Gave us directions on how to get to places.
