Very nice, simple new boutique hotel. Spartan cozy room; very clean and new. Bathroom is sparkling clean with water heater & good pressure. Polite, unobstrusive daily housekeeping. Daily water and electric kettle provided; unfortunately, no refridgerator. Comfy bed, clean new sheets, pillows & towels. Wonderful staff. There’s a cafe, but I chose to just walk and eat out as there’s alot of selection nearby.

Very affordable hotel with breakfast. Location is just around capitol/cebu doctors hospital. The hotel is just small but it’s worth the price. Smooth check-in, spacious room and big CR. Their breakfast area is so cute and classy. There are lots of restau and coffee shops around the hotel.

Price-wise, it is quite a value for money, given the fact that it is close to the Provincial Capitol, Cebu Doctors Hospital and the rest of the businesses around Escario. The rooms are relatively clean, although the mismatched slippers somehow give a weird impression. I moved from a twin room to a double room and found that the room setup for both rooms are based on the twin room setup... the headboard in the double room is on BOTH SIDES of the bed, not above it. Plus, the only outlet in the room is found a foot above the bed. Boiling water would actually mean laying the kettle on the bed. Hot and cold shower in the bathroom, toilet has bidet (I know this is somewhat important to local guests) Staff are friendly, from the guard to the front office staff to the housekeeping. Breakfast is adequate and served in a room that desperately needs acoustic paneling. The laundromat in front of the hotel is run by a wonderful lady.…

What i love with this hotel is its strong wifi connection, its hot n cold shower and its cool aircondition. There are just few rooms in each floor. It is near cebu doctors university hospital, if you travel via commute, you can tell the drivers to drop you off at cebu doc hospital in the emergency area cause rublin hotel is not yet that well known cause they are just new. From cebu doc hosp, its just a few steps away. There are also karenderya and barbecue stall around, they are open 24/7 and also Jollibee just few steps away. No worries getting hungry. There are also other hotels around. The staffs are very accomodating and friendly. They have free bfast, and their meals are good.

We stayed in Rublin hotel for 2 nights after Palawan and it was super nice to have a clean bathroom, no humidity and helpful staff. Well located in Cebu, about 20min walk to the mall and other “attractions”. The double room that we had had everything you need : A/C, clean towels and bedsheets, space etc. Very nice just to transit for few days in Cebu.

One of the best places we have stayed during our time travelling. Rooms were big and comfortable and by far one of the nicest we’ve seen in Asia! All staff were Super friendly and accommodating even when I became ill and ended up in the hospital (100 metres down the road). Although I would recommend telling the taxi driver the Cebu university hospital as a drop off/pick up point as it is quite hard to find first time. Over all so pleased with our stay and would return indefinitely! Only thing we thought could be improved was that there was no food or drink options within the hotel and this was not ideal especially when I was ill.

PROS: 1. Prime location Situated across the provincial capitol at the heart of the city close to malls, restaurants. Less traffic noise as it is not directly in the highway and in a few secluded road 2. Accomodating staff Fast transaction from check i to check out 3. Big Suite room with floor to ceiling windows 4. Comfortable large beds with duvet covers and high feather count pillows CONS: 1. Small bathroom 2. No bidet hose for toilet bowl 3. No inhouse restaurant or bar 4. Limited parking space 5. Flat design of hallways, could use a little decoration

New and fresh hotel. Valuble; you get a lot for the money. The staff was great and helpful. Can recommend this place. The area seems central but it doesnt look very nice. Still enjoyed our stay. You should definately come here if you want value for your money!

My room was spacious and clean. Mattress was new and sheets also. Staff are awesome and helpful. It has got potentials as it is just in soft opening period. Although beware that next door is a construction site at this moment. Try the rooms at the back for now till that site closes down. Again thanks to reception and all other staff for their helpfulness.
