This was a last minute booking since my flight was cancelled due to bad weather. The hotel is just beside IT Park and you can walk to IT park 3-5 minutes. The room is ample enough and has hot shower, Wi-Fi works and hotel staff are very accommodating and let me Check-in much earlier since the room is available

What I like about this hotel: 1. It is in IT Park and near shops, restaurants and transportation hub. 2. Clean, spacious rooms 3. Clean and comfy bed 4. Complimentary bottles of water 5. Nice balcony for fresh air 6. Efficient staff 7. Wide closet space 8. Hot and cold water 9. Good lighting in the room 10. Strong wifi What I don't like 1. The lobby is so basic, not attractive. 2. The front of the building needs to be landscaped, with plants etc.

1. Room Is VERY spacious and comfortable, wardrobe is also spacious. The television might not be that big but the bed if VERY comfortable. Shower has a hot and cold option that really works, clean toilet. Environment is very quite and peaceful a good night sleep is a sure thing. 2. Service is quick, accomdating and easy. No hassle. 3: The place has a small cafe that serves food and beverages I may haven't tried the cafe but base from their menu it has a decent selection of food and beverages and best of all its affordable. Overall: This hotel is a very good "go to hotel" if you just want a clean room, peaceful stay and just want to have a good night rest. IT park is just few meters away from the location.

The place is cozy thinking that I stayed alone in the room, but I had a good night sleep. And when I checked out, I unknowingly left something from the room and the staffs returned it to me. I'm so thankful for the gesture aside from allowing me to leave my baggage after check-out.

My first time back at Alba Uno in six years and I still love the place … For a hotel in Cebu City it represents excellent value for money with the true beauty of it being that there is no traffic noise … Just the peacefulness of the place puts one in a good mood. The room was perfectly adequate, although in room 304 the mattress is tired, it dips in the centre, so either needs turning over or replacing, the bathroom is lovely with a rainfall showerhead and complimentary toiletries that were replenished daily, just one 'silly' is that there is, or could have been, a work station in the room but someone decided to install a digi box and wall mounted TV right in the way, I found myself working my laptop from a low-level and inadequately sized bedside table. Their cafe, I loved it six years ago and I still love it now, is so quiet and relaxing with friendly staff and good food, I ate there for 3 days, it was all good with my favourite being their double-decker BLT for just 120 pesos. And for anyone on a budget there is a 7-ELEVEN store one minute's walk away and a McBurger restaurant 5 minutes walk away…

It is good hotel, not expensive, nice location. Can walk to IT Park - night market. Around hotel also can find 7eleven, Mac Donald, Mac Coffee, beer station, local food.... Hotel is clean and quite, good service. Should choose from 3rd floor, and left side. Room is more comfortable and clean.

Hotel is walking distance to IT Park. Easy access to good restaurants, fast foods, street foods at Sugbu Mercado and 7 eleven stores. If you’re on budget, this hotel is highly recommended. Reception staff were good, Sec guard were helpful, clean room and comfy bed.

PROS: The check in process was quick and easy. The staff were kind and courteous. The wifi was also great. It is a walking distance to the IT Park. CONS: Not all taxis are familiar with the place. The sink in the bathroom needs remodeling or some touch up since the paint are chipped. The L Cafe was a bit pricey. The sheets on the bed looks dingy and comforter was not washed.

Alba Uno Hotel offers great service as well as inexpensive room service. The food is good and the room I was provided was spacious and nice. They provide complimentary water bottles and slippers. The hotel has decently working wifi (sometimes its good and sometimes it isn't) and is located near a night market, McDonalds and Jollibee. There is very strong AC in the room and the TV has good channels as well.

I browsed thru the online to find a hotel in Cebu City. And luckily Alba Uno Hotel is situated at IT Park which is close to our office. What I like about the hotel its accessible to Sugbo Mercado Food Market and restaurant areas. -near to malls. -near to our office Its not hard to get a taxi you can use grab. The receptionist were considerate despite we arrived late 11pm. They were accommodating and very informative suggesting directions and mode of transportation to arrive at Temple of Leah, Taoist Temple and Sirao. -Strong wifi -Big bed and spacious room for a standard room Needs improvement; 1. Breakfast (Delicious but konti lang yung siniserve) 2. No hot shower All in all Me and my water was happy staying in Alba Uno Hotel
